It's a very small but cute location, with lots of fun pizza themed decorations. Really nice people working there! I bought a slice of cheese pizza; their slices are quite large. They heat it up for you, and I really enjoyed my slice. To state the obvious, pizza is mostly a great mix of cheese, sauce and dough...if any one of the three is off, the pizza cannot be saved lol. At this location, great sauce and really great cheese...even the crust handle is tasty and crispy, but the overall crust itself - I should have looked into this beforehand - the overall crust is very thick and lacks flavor - kind of like thick cotton.... Excellent place for takeout; shared a large pizza today with my daughter and it was so delicious it changed the curve! I don't think I will be able to take my kids to Pizza Hut again. Fresh ingredients of the highest quality, tasty sauce. Obviously made from scratch. Cooked to perfection. I cannot wait to try some of their Italian dishes and wings. That would be fine, but take it out if you aren't delivering anymore. They have turned off the delivery option if they can't get drivers. But, I have been able to call them to see what's going on. Two and a half hours for two pizzas and wings on a Friday. Called at 1.5 hours and was told food left a bit ago. Called back at two hour mark and was told the same thing. They rightly refunded my money. I was told Fridays are are "really busy" and maybe I should try ordering another night Food arrived cold and nasty. Like not even warm. Before ordering from this new Twin Trees, I had never experienced a pizza place that charges double for ordering toppings split on halves of a pizza. Now I have. Half sausage, half pepperoni, double-charge for toppings ($4.50 extra for the pie). The staff claimed that it's fair because they put a whole pie's worth of toppings on each half. No chance. The pizza was fine. It's no different than what they serve at other Twin Trees locations: good. The prices are marked up a little (rent must be steep in a former Pizza Hut storefront?), but that's not a big deal. Two stars is for the bad aftertaste from dealing with a dishonest merchant. Can't imagine ordering food from this place again, and it makes me think twice about patronizing any Twin Trees location. read more

Got home one of the pizzas was cooked perfectly the other was undercooked onions were slimy crust wasn't even close to cooked. Threw 75% of it away. Words can't even explain how disappointed and disgusted we were with this meal. I have been getting Twin Trees for years and figured we would give it a shot at the Fayetteville location. When you ask for "extra crispy" and it comes to you extremely soggy, that's unacceptable. The pizza was a greasy mess and just nasty. If you have the choice, go ANYWHERE else. Full disclosure: I order catered food in my profession for many offices that I deal with for my job. I use many different restaurants. I have used various Twin Trees locations with good results. So I was honestly very excited when Twin Trees came to my home town of Fayetteville. We ordered from them on three different occasions with very mixed results. On the first occasion what I noticed was that their pricing was very different from their other restaurants. We expressed our concern and we were told that management was different from other locations and reserved the right to set their pricing. The impression I was left with was because they were in Fayetteville they could set their prices at a higher rate. Interesting. The two other occasions we ordered were similar in that we found the food to be very expensive in addition the portions that we got of salads, Utica greens etc. were very small and the service was less than enthusiastic. When we expressed our concerns to management they told us sorry we were unhappy with their product and eventually told us we were being rude. I was initially excited for Twin Trees to come to town. I love competition and more options. Obviously Twin Trees doesn't need my business because they didn't seem very interested in keeping me as a customer. read more

Pizza was very greasy. The salads were old with dried cucumbers that had yellowed. The lettuce on the bottom was dark brown and oozing. The girl behind the counter said that it was in the vestibule cooler so it was older. She replaced the salads with ones made that day and she said they should be fresher. Knew it might not be what I normally expect from this reputable group when the pizza box was creased so badly there was cheese all over the inside top and the product obviously had moved around. Oversized and overpriced menu for a pizza shop with no eat in. My girlfriend ordered a regular spaghetti dinner and when she tasted it not only was it cold but she said she tasted meat like pork in the sauce I'm assuming pork bones or fat which is a common Italian sauce recipe but it should be more clearly labeled that there is pork in the sauce my girlfriend is a VEGETARIAN and MUSLIM! Needless to say she was NOT HAPPY! Service is terrible the counter staff is rude and always seems to have an attitude. The high prices wouldn't be so bad if the owner didnt drive through town in his flashy new Mercedes Benz (without a valid license according to Manlius PD.) rubbing it in our faces how he is ripping us off. Delivery is always late and always missing items and their only compensation appears to be coupons. If you ask me there is a complete lack of management and experience. I would rather order from a more established location like East Syracuse or even dominoes honestly at least they are both consistent! This location doesnt even have consistent hours! They seem to open and close whenever they feel like it! Do not waste your money here unless you have one of their famous coupons and good luck getting any service there is never anyone at the counter! I would NEVER recommend take out from this location. Their pizza is great but they charge you $2.25 for every topping even if it's only on half. If you order two toppings on one side and two toppings on the other, they charge you for 4 toppings. Total price gouging and the staff is rude. read more
