The most lengthy drink order ever
    K.G. S.

My pork belly sandwich was good and the chips are tasty! The drink options are pretty lackluster. Extremely complicated online ordering process and food took 25 min to receive. Can y'all just go back to interacting with humans again?

As far as airport food, it wasn't terrible, but not memorable either. By tomorrow, without this Yelp review, I'd have forgotten it ever existed. If you're a fan of places like Red Robin, Ruby Tuesday, or Applebees, this might be your jam. Again, it wasn't bad, just not good.... but for airport food, it gets an extra star.

    The "Perfect Burger"

Airport food is always in a different category and honestly I would've gave a 4 star review if I would've known the chips were going to be so burnt lol. The burger was amazing and the bartender Dan was as best as they come for service. Always smiling and keeping the atmosphere positive. I got the "perfect burger" medium rare and again, Minnesota has some quality burgers.

    Cheeseburger subbed with salad

I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious my Burger and salad was - especially for airport food. Each table has a charging station and the staff comes around often. One guy saw me contemplating and made a suggestion. Decided for the cheeseburger and subbed the salad. I expected a few sprigs of greens, but I got a separate bowl of bright greens and grape tomatoes lightly dressed in a delicious balsamic vinaigrette. The burger had a ton of flavor and was accompanied with lettuce and tomatoes. Beware - I ordered medium and it was slightly pink (which I prefer). I had a $14 Tito's in a small glass - but that's all airport bars. This was way better than the $14 sandwich made of all bread from the stands!

It's hot in here. HOT. The architects designed the space so the pizza oven's heat overrides the air conditioning - in summer, when we need it. Chairs are connected to the bar, so they cannot be moved or repositioned. My mojito ($14.00) is scary, scary sweet - cloying and nasty. My husband got a Stella, and they only come in one size - 23 ounces ($14.00, I think?) which means the beer will be warm by the time he has finished it. We've ordered shoestring fries ($6.99) and a pita and hummus plate ($13.50). The fries are hot and crispy and come with ketchup in a little ramekin. The pita and hummus is just that: no olives or cucumbers or anything else at all. Still, the pita is warm, and there is A LOT of hummus. It's a little salty, but is topped with a drizzle of olive oil and is pretty tasty. The staff are sweet and helpful. The food we ordered was grotesquely expensive, but fine. We'll never come back.

Decent place to eat at the airport. (Between flights for Delta) I really enjoyed the Mushroom Fondue with bread crisps and my husband had to try the cheese-stuffed Juicy Lucy cheeseburger. He rates the Juicy Lucy VERY GOOD. When in Minnesota, try a Juicy Lucy. Just be warned that the inside cheese is Flaming Hot!!! (temperature)

Their "juicy lucy" -- should someone tell them it's supposed to come with cheese...?
    Kyungeun P.

If you're out of options at the airport, Twinburger will do. The location was far from where we went through security, but we made the trek to Twinburger in search of a juicy lucy [burger]. Their claim to fame is that this location is in collaboration with renowned Matt's Bar. But if you're searching for a juicy lucy with even half the calibre of Matt's Bar, Twinburger will undoubtedly fall very short. Food -- I ordered cheese curds, fries, and of course, a juicy Lucy -- the latter is a Minneapolis staple, a burger with a juicy patty stuffed with melty cheese. The cheese curds and fries were your typical run-of-the-mill. But the juicy Lucy was a sad, Dickensian orphan of a burger. The patty clearly had a cubby in the center of it, perfect size for melty cheese. Yet it barely came with a hint of cheese; it was a quick flicker of cheese, so little that if you blink, you might miss it. To add insult to injury, the burger came with nothing at all -- no toppings, no condiments. Just a patty and buns (though I had ordered onions, lettuce, and mayo via their iPad menu). Service -- there are iPads you can order from, but don't let that convenience fool you. The agonizingly slow service more than makes up for that convenience. The only redeeming factor to Twinburger (hence the bump up from 1 Star to 2 stars) was that the poor line cook working there all by himself was trying the best he could. His work ethic and hospitality earned the extra star.

The inside is beautiful and made for a really nice dining experience. We started with the Eichten's cheese curds, and they were excellent. They were soft on the inside, some had a great cheese pull, and the spicy dipping sauce paired really well with them. I ordered the Flat Iron Frites. The steak was seasoned well, cooked nicely, and didn't have much fat, which I appreciated. The fries were crispy and came with house-made ketchup. I usually don't even like ketchup, but this one was actually really good. My partner ordered the deviled eggs as his appetizer, and he enjoyed them so much he finished them in no time. For dessert, we had the Strawberry Shortcake Crème Brûlée, and it was fantastic. I've never had crème brûlée like that before. It was a unique twist on a classic dessert and ended the meal perfectly. The only small downside was that the complimentary water tasted clean and fresh. But it was warm instead of cold. Overall, the food, atmosphere, and service made for a great experience, and I'd happily return. Glad i was able to cross this one off of my list.

The peri peri chicken was surprisingly spicy. I like spicy foods and it was teetering on a bit too hot for me, but I enjoyed the flavors and the dishes as a whole that we sampled. 2. The cocktails are divine. I had two old fashioneds and they were amongst some of the best I've had. 3. The service is impeccable. Friendly, well paced, and professional. 4. The ambiance is really comfortable. I liked that we weren't rushed, and had a really well paced meal in a nice environment. Overall I'd love to return someday. It had want I wanted for my aunt: an attached parking lot and lots of flat surfaces. It also had what I wanted for a perfect July day: an outdoor, covered patio! Service: When we peeked in the patio, a server said "pick any table you want, i'll be back with a basket." There were maybe 10 tables. The "basket" had silverware, napkins, menu and the QR code for ordering. The server explained that we got our own water and could order inside or through the QR. That is always a little annoying to me (Karen!) but the water was full, the food came out quickly, and they checked on us and cleared the plates in a reasonable manner. Food: I order steak salads as my go too and sometimes the steak is tough: not this steak! It was as smooth as butter! Delicious. The dressing came on the side but they omitted the croutons and roasted pecans for some unknown reason and there was a small black hair at the very bottom. Plus you have to serve yourself water, no one checks on you, you submit your order via an app (not a problem I just don't see expecting a twenty percent tip for near non service despite society moving that way) and no one asks, hey is your salad shittier than expected? They don't care. Lol. Patio is cute though.
