Each and every time time they have been throughout, friendly, and trustworthy. On my last oil change they ran a complementary overall vehicle check and ended up finding a problem, that if left unchecked, would have been very expensive down the road. And without me even having to ask, they brought me back and showed/explained the problem, along with answering all my questions. Communication during all services/repairs has always been easy and timely. VIP's customer service is top notch as well. When my car had to stay there for a few days, I was offered (at no cost) a ride from and back to the shop to pick up my car. (I lived very close at the time and realize that may be a factor going forward.) During the last repair, they were also able to give me a loaner car, which took away so much of the stress that comes along with having a car in the shop. Our regular mechanic later inspected the vehicle and immediately found and repaired a hole on the top of the exhaust near the front--an issue that was easy to hear and feel. A repair shop should be able to identify and fix a basic exhaust problem, especially when the symptoms are so obvious. Their oil-change prices are comparable to other shops, but they wanted to charge $70 for a tire rotation, which seemed excessive. I also found the shop's odor unpleasant, with strong smells resembling car exhaust, dog waste, and sewer gas. They may be fine for routine services such as oil changes, but based on my experience, I would be cautious about trusting them with more extensive repairs.

Got a call around 3:00 PM, told me they had not yet got to it and wondered if I wanted to leave it overnight. I said I didn't and was informed it would be in in a bit and they would call me about the repair. Never got a call back and looked up the hours they close at 5:00. Drive up at 7:30 PM to check that my car was locked up or inside.....no car in the lot or in service bay......did someone loan it out or drive it home or is my car stolen with my registration and garage opener inside it... I'll be back in the morning
