Vahan came out to inspect the plumbing on a home my wife and I were in the midst of purchasing and pointed out issues which needed repair as well as pointing out the aspects of the plumbing which were in great working order which indicated to me he was an honest expert. I have some rental units and count myself a pretty good handyman. I do most of my own fixes. Yesterday I had a leak in a copper supply line that had me stumped. I called Twins in the morning and explained the situation. Vahan came out to the house and was very accommodating to my schedule and met me when it was convenient for me to leave work. First big PLUS. Then he looked over the situation and gave me an on the spot estimate (painless) and proceeded with the repair.
