This was after we cut the cake but still shows its beauty

Twist bakery made the cake for my wedding. I was nervous because I needed something gluten free and dairy free. They did a fabulous job. It was delicious and beautiful.

Disappointing experience here recently. Tried some cake and cake pops. Have had better supermarket cake. Cake and pops weren't fresh. Customer service was just okay. Place was busy when we went - but it was pretty dirty when I was there. Wouldn't return.

Many options for those who have dietary restrictions or just looking for healthy options. Decent pricing and food came fairly quickly I was surprised by how large the breakfast tacos were, twas packed with ingredients

Brunch does end at 11am so keep that in mind. My iced mocha and pb&j sandwich with a side of fries were all solid. There was also a pretty decent singer/guitarist playing on the patio. All in all a good experience.

This place happened to be exactly in the middle between where my friend and I live, so we decided to meet here for lunch. The street corn flatbread was tasty and cheesy, and my friend's fried chicken sandwich was also good. Service was friendly if a bit slow. After lunch, we went apple picking which was I think $34 for a peck which is pretty standard nowadays. They had macoun, macintosh, cortland, and some other varieties, but I prefer my macs. The apple orchard is very small compared to other places I've been, but served its purpose. Would have been nice to have a couple ladders in the orchard for easier access to apples on top. Would have also been nice if the bathrooms were not portapotties--my friend and I chose to hold it lol. They also have a pen with chickens, ducks, and goats that look fairly happy and well cared for. We came on a weekday so it was not crowded at all, but I would imagine it gets packed on weekends.

Also their blueberry scones are the best I have ever had. The breakfast sandwiches are great - but I usually ask for little or no butter on them. I find they add a bit too much for my liking. Can't go wrong with an onion bagel and cream cheese! The staff are the sweetest and always helpful, and they have a really nice seating area inside.

Let me tell you about Chloe, the wonderful woman standing behind the counter. Chloe greeted me warmly and genuinely asked how I was doing. I came in on a Sunday morning for a coffee and to get some work done. I ordered a hot decaf hazelnut coffee. Which Chloe politely informed wouldn't be possible because the brewed decaf hazelnut was ICED, not hot. And the hot decaf coffee had no flavor - no hazelnut. and As soon as Chloe saw me trying which option to choose, she came up with a solution. She gave me half iced hazelnut, and half hot regular decaf. THE PERFECT SOLUTION! She went above and beyond, and did it without thinking twice. Chloe and Leah smiled at everyone who came in that morning, and deserve recognition for how amazing they both are. Keep up the good work, CKD!

There's always…read morelike 20 people working and every single person from the books to the kitchen staff is happy and cheerful and so kind. Honestly, this is refreshing as corporations understaff and stress their employees. This local owner know what we the patrons want, we want people who are happy with their jobs and that's done by great staffing. This is my go to for any gift. Yes, you're paying more for a book than you would on Amazon but this is the opposite of a greedy corporation who screws everyone. This is truly local and I'm lucky to live 20 mins away.

My friend and I went on a weekday night, about 2 hours before closing so it was pretty quiet. I initially thought the bookstore was only on the first floor of the building but turns out it's a multi-story experience. There is a parking lot at the back where I parked and I was able to enter through the back door (not sure if this is the main entrance). On the first floor, they have some books, bathrooms, a check out desk, nick nacks (hats, stationery, puzzles, etc.), and most importantly, a coffee shop. The coffee shop was closing up around the time we got there so plan accordingly and do some research on their hours. as they are not the same as the bookstore. The books are clearly labeled by genre. After taking a stroll, we decided to check out the second floor which was supposed to have a little market, a stage where they host events, and some very comfortable couches along with tables and chairs. I mostly came to see if a book spoke to me, but also to get some reading in from the book I brought along with me. The lighting is good, although I sometimes prefer to have a dimmer setting for a cozier feel. We spent about 1.25 hours here, but we could have easily spent a longer time if it weren't so close to closing.
