Both really good and made in their stone oven. We also got the calmari for appetizers. Calamari cooked perfectly, not rubbery. I only added a few shakes of red pepper flakes to finish it. The fellow thought his steamer clams/mussels were marvelous, with a very flavorful broth, and he loved the fact that he was allowed to mix them.
