Outdoor deck

Great lunch location, large outdoor deck overlooking blue ridge Ga. Classic City lager on tap was served cold. Server was extremely friendly. Many had their dogs with them so it is pet friendly. Ordered the bbq chicken pizza, which sounded really good on the menu, we will find out shortly! Pizza was very good , crispy crust and tasted great. Only disappointment was they were out of the Italian sandwich.

Visited here after our Blue Ridge Scenic Railway ride for dinner. Twisted Tomato Blue Ridge is an upscale pizzeria featuring an extensive menu and cocktails, plus a large patio. Beer options are offered here too. This place was phenomenal, everyone I mean the staff was super friendly and helpful. We got the half and half specialty pizza - Barb's Chicken & Pesto made with Garlic Oil, Mozzarella, Grilled Chicken, Roasted Tomatoes, Pecorino Romano, Basil Pesto and -Mahogany Barbeque Chicken made with Mahogany BBQ, Mozzarella, Grilled Chicken, Caramelized Onion. Both the pizzas tasted yummy and great. The restaurant is maintained clean and the decor is lovely. It was located within walking distance of a lot of other shops and restaurants. This place is definitely a must try, if you're ever in the Blue Ridge area. Escape to Twisted Tomato Blue Ridge, a culinary haven where upscale comfort embraces the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, GA. Relish gourmet Italian creations alongside Blue Ridge's only charcoal-grilled Black Angus steaks. Treat your taste buds to wood-fired pizzas, calzones, decadent strombolis, and more, all crafted in-house with the finest ingredients. Sip curated wines, elevated cocktails, or local spirits in our multi-faceted setting. Boasting the town's largest patio, our Blue Ridge restaurant offers a front-row seat to the vibrant energy of one of America's most celebrated small towns, inviting diners to immerse themselves in unparalleled culinary and social experiences.

I'm not sure what the expectations others brought with their poor reviews of this restaurant, but we had nothing short of a spectacular experience, from the service to the food and the drinks. Our server was bubbly, attentive and gave great advice on selections. If you're a dirty martini person, the Dirty Blue is a MUST! It was our 16th anniversary dinner, and it was perfect.

Kristen was absolutely amazing and had literally the best cheesecake for dessert I've ever had.

Beautiful interior deisgn and esthictic to a high end feel in Blueridge, food was tasteful but lacking on meat in the dishes that supposed to have meat such as the hunters gnocchi which had a single sliver of sausage about the size and a small pepperoni slice. The lasagne had more meat but still not a lot, food was overall good and service was quick and attentive. Would recommend going and checking it out. menu prices at around $20-$30

We went right towards the end of lunch, which happened to be perfect timing! We were fortunate enough to be able to take advantage of the lovely weather and sit at the outdoor bar. My fiancé had a local draft Pilsner and me and my pregnant self had a virgin mojito We both enjoyed our drinks. Next was our starter of the calamari fritti. It was yummy and the sauces that accompanied the dish were fantastic. The calamari was a bit chewy fit my taste, but overall it was good. Next were our main dishes. The pizza my fiancé ordered was by far the best dish. Perfect crust and super flavorful. I felt my pasta left something to be desired. It was a bit bland. So I added a generous portion of red pepper flakes and Parmesan. Overall we enjoyed the experience. Definitely a spot for a lunchtime pizza. I'm not sure that their other dishes are anything worth while though.

Dirty plates and table cloth on arrival

DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING. dirty menus, dirty tables and plates, interior is a joke, nasty server stations, mediocre and cold food. Pictures attached here say it all. What a joke.

The wood-fired pizza crust was exactly what I would hope for. That as an appetizer paired with a steak for my entree... perfecto.

I have a very restricted diet due to allergens and almost never eat out because of it but our servers, Tony and Josiah, completely changed that for me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe, thoughtful, and still absolutely delicious. That level of care and attention meant more than I can put into words. The steak was, without a doubt, the best I've ever had. And the olive oil... I genuinely wanted to buy a bottle and take it home it was THAT good. Tony and Josiah didn't just provide great service they made the entire night feel easy, special, and memorable for everyone at the table. We felt genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Thank you for making a celebration like this possible for someone who usually has to sit those experiences out. We'll absolutely be back!! This place was one for the books !! :,)

The restaurant is…read moresmall but it has a nice modern, upscale atmosphere; due to the size I'd recommend a reservation on weekend nights. Service was very good and our waiter kept us well attended. The starter of Italian bread and olive oil was fresh and very welcomed as we'd had a light lunch. Perusing the menu, the tagliatelle with wild boar sounded tempting, but when I heard the night's special of cavatelli bolognese I had to try it (the waiter added his approval). It was excellent, with the pasta cooked al dente and a nice, flavorful bolognese sauce; the portion was just right. My wife wasn't terribly hungry so she had a salad as an entree and really enjoyed it. She also tried the espresso martini and it was good though not memorable. Many of the menu prices were closer to what you'd find in a larger city but so was the quality of the food and experience. We will definitely have Ferraro's on our short list of restaurants for our next visit to Blue Ridge...definitely recommended.

Friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely one of the best servers we've had anywhere. She made the entire experience even better. As for the food, every single dish was fantastic. We ordered the dumplings, fish and chips, smashburger, steak frites, a grouper sandwich, and a bottle of wine, and there wasn't a single disappointment on the table. Everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. What really sets Whiskey & Water apart is how welcoming they are to dogs. As dog owners, that means a lot, and they were more accommodating than just about any restaurant we've visited in the area. Between the incredible food, outstanding service, great atmosphere, and dog-friendly attitude, this place absolutely knocked it out of the park. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This is a 53-out-of-10 experience. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Whiskey & Water to anyone visiting Blue Ridge.

The gal behind the counter was very prompt and courteous and answered my questions about options on the menu. There is a big stove across the bar so you can see some of the cooking that gets done. I ordered the crab cakes which came with coleslaw. The crab cakes had a nice sauce decorating the top of each cake. I asked for more because the crab cakes were a bit more bread filled than crab filled. I know I am spoiled with west coast Dungeness crab as you get a lot of chunks and not well flaked blue crab, but I really was hoping for more crab than I got for the money. The coleslaw was just okay. It was a nice mayo based dressing but lacked a tangy/sweet combo that I just adore. I am not impressed enough to return.

The food is the reason for the reduction in stars. We started with the shrimp and scallop fondue, which sounded so much better than it tasted, and the toasted bread it's served with was heavily salted and not enjoyable. My friends had the ribeye and said it was mediocre. I had the shrimp biscuit and only ate a few bites. The BBQ sauce was heavily salted and not pleasant, and the cheddar cheese just seemed like it didn't belong. As a cheese lover, this is the first time in over 60 decades that I've actually removed the cheese from a dish. I took the leftovers with me since I hate wasting food and ate the biscuit with some butter and the shrimp by themselves the next day. It still wasn't very good, but at least I didn't waste it. On the plus side, the cinnamon rolls were absolute delicious and were a bargain at $8 for six! They were the highlight of our meal. We also enjoyed the creme brûlée very much. Since the restaurant is pricey and so many of the dishes were a disappointment, we all agreed that we probably won't return to give it another try. We don't want to risk spending that much money again on a not-so-great meal.
