I just had an excellent experience with this company - Needed a tow for a vehicle across town and was unable to bring the key to location of car. The owner actually went out of his way to meet us closer to our home. It was literally 15 minutes between the time I first made the call to Dean, the owner, and the moment he met me to get the key. I've used Two Bit Tow a few times. Last time, I called the number on my insurance card and they told me it would be an hour and a half before someone could get to me. This was in 95 degree heat. I called Two Bit Tow, and they got there in a half hour. I got reimbursed from the insurance company later. My advice: put Two Bit Tow's phone number in your phone, and if you can get one of their business cards, keep it in your glove box. read more

Two Bit tow rescued a car and a tractor for us today. They made two trips - the first to find out what the challenges would be. On the second trip, they brought two tow trucks in case one had to extract the other (it did). having never hired a tow truck service I was concerned that I might be taken advantage of. I spoke with Dean on the phone and via text. He quoted a price that I felt was reasonable and then he stayed with that price. The timing was perfect all the way around. The driver met me at a different location to pick up the keys. I only waited on him for 5 minutes, tops. He and Dean were both courteous. I hope I'm never in a situation to hire a tow truck again but if I do I will definitely call Two Bit Tow. read more

I had a great experience with TBT. I called, no one answered, left a message and the was called right back. I was really very impressed with their communication. The price was much less than other companies so that was was a major plus. When the driver got to my house he called me letting me know he arrived and the. Dry quickly was able to get my full sized truck on the flat bed. He very quickly got my truck from Keller all the way to Plano with no issues. After blowing a tire on 114 during rush hour traffic, I was stranded on the side of the road without a spare. I went through Hyundai roadside assistance and was told a tow truck would arrive in an hour. TWO AND A HALF hours later, I'm still stranded on the side of the road and have no idea when my truck is going to arrive, despite calling the tow company multiple times. I called Dean at Two Bit Towing out of sheer desperation, as it was starting to get dark and I am alone on the side of the road. He was more than helpful, telling me he would have a truck on its way to me ASAP and to take an uber home and not wait for the truck to arrive. He called to make sure I made it safely home and his driver Drew kept me updated every step of the way, from pickup of my car to drop off at the dealership and payment over the phone. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Not only was the service and timeliness exceptional, but the courtesy and genuine concern is something you rarely come across.
