I called in to schedule a CarCo inspection for my new auto insurance. The lady on the phone told me I could come over as soon as I wanted. So I went to the shop within half an hour of making the call. I was so impressed with their office space. The nicest and professional office space I have seen for an auto body shop. They had lots of recognition and certificates of achievements hanging on the walls. They are also certified Geico repair location. For my inspection, one of the mechanics came over within few minutes. He completed the inspection steps in his phone and gave me a receipt at the end. I also received an email confirmation from Carco. All of this was at no cost. I was done in 15 minutes. That was really a smooth convenient service by the shop. read more

BEWARE of even coming to this place if your car isn't destroyed and you are 100% going to file a claim with your insurance. I backed out of a parking spot and SLIGHTLY hit my cars fender. I came here from a recommendation for a quote. JUST A QUOTE. They took pictures of inside and outside of my car, my vin number and They wanted 2500 out of pocket. I decided to go to my Acura dealership and show them what happened to my car. They said it was NOTHING and can easily fix it since I will lease a new car. Well when they checked my car, this establishment reported the damage in my car! Without me filing a police report (because ummm I didn't need one!), or even doing business with these people! How in the heck do you quote me 2500 out of pocket for a slight dent and report the damage in my car!!! Is this business getting money for reporting damages? I mean how can this business ever be trusted! Shame on them and people beware! If you go get a quote here for anything.... They're reporting you! They are scammers and liars because I asked why taking pics of my cars vin when I am just here for a quote? They are deceitful individuals! Shame on this business. read more

They kept me updated on the ETA of my part, even providing me with phone numbers to escalate my issue. They did a phenomenal job on repairing my vehicle. I chose Car Kraft because it is a GEICO express shop but I was not satisfied with their workmanship and customer service. I was told initially my car will be repaired by the end of the week. When I called on Friday, the person on the phone answered said they were waiting for my light box. When I stated that the light box had no issues, I was told that just because the light is on that does not mean the part was not damaged. Fine. When I went to pick up the car, I noticed a gap between the fender and the hood--more than twice the unrepaired side. They did adjust it a bit but was still not as good as the original. Then three days later, Car Kraft called me to say, they have my original wheel and the current wheel is the spare that needs to be replaced. I was surprised as they said all the repairs were done when I picked up my car, and I was not informed about the wheel. I would not recommend Car Kraft to anyone I care about. read more

Car Kraft was close to my job and they work with Geico as well as Enterprise so dropping it off and grabbing a rental was very convenient. For both visits, my car: 1. These guys are fantastic! A squirrel got trapped in my vehicle and gnawed on the leather, on a seat belt, through the plastic in the trunk and the rugs under the driver and passenger seats. Car Kraft took everything out of the interior of my car, found additional damage we could not see and replaced everything including the entire back seat leather cover, the seat belt, the plastic panel and the rugs. They also disinfected and washed the vehicle. The staff are very friendly and contacted me regularly about progress on the repair. I had a great experience with Car Kraft recently, repairing significant cosmetic damage to the front of my Mercedes CLK. They were recommended by Wolfgang's, a well known Mercedes repair shop, and they lived up to the recommendation. Their work was outstanding, with all fits and finish nearly identical to brand new. There was one piece of the bumper where they had missed a complete spray of the clear coat, and the owner was genuinely embarrassed at the mistake. This was a great indication of the pride they take in their work. Although it was a hassle to need to leave the car for a few more days, I really appreciated their approach to fixing things, and that they wanted it all perfect. But perhaps most importantly, the guys at Car Kraft were always very nice and easy to deal with, very polite and friendly on the phone. Even at a high-end Mercedes dealership, I never felt as much caring as the team at Car Kraft showed, all of which was reflected in their work. read more
