I wouldn't recommend this place. I came in for a simple oil change, but they tried to upsell me on a bunch of "urgent" repairs. They told me several parts on my car were damaged and needed immediate replacement, which made me feel pressured and unsure. Luckily, I took my car to my trusted mechanic afterward for a second opinion turns out, everything was completely fine. They confirmed nothing was wrong and that this shop was just trying to scam me. Felt like they were taking advantage of customers who don't know much about cars. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

I've gone around all the shops in the valley and in Glendale, have been overcharged, long wait times and horrible customer service. I almost gave up and thought of resorting to taking my car to the dealership for anymore maintenance, or work that needs to be done to it. That was until I came across Two Brothers Automotive almost a year ago, i remember seeing this shop before, but this was the only shop i hadn't been to yet. I decided to call one morning because I had a rough week, windshield cracked while driving on the freeway and 2 days later woke up to 2 flat tires on the passenger side. I spoke to David and wow, he was amazing from start to finish! He walked me through the entire process, he was extremely patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. In less than 15 min I had a tow truck at my house towing my car to his shop, and had everything repaired in about 45min. I have been coming here ever since then and will continue to come here, never have I ever felt that I can trust a mechanic shop let alone a mechanic, but David definitely proved me wrong. Not only is his customer service amazing, but also his employees, they all work very efficiently and are still able to provide top notch service. I will never trust any other shop to take my car to, if it isn't Two Brothers Automotive! By the way, his prices are extremely reasonable, if you want something done right and the best of the best, don't look or go anywhere else. If you want to be cheap, and hop from shop to shop, my only piece of advice to you is, you get what you pay for. read more

I want to thank David and his workers for taking care of me. I had a bad wheel bearing on my 91 Honda. His team didn't waste anytime and got the job done. As i was waiting I noticed he offers smog service as well. My car was due for registration the following month but required smog check. I had a very poor experience at this repair shop. I came in for check light and not working radio. David assisted me. I should have walked right out because when I asked him what he thought was wrong with it, he said he wasn't psychic. How rude. I left the car there all day and he told me to bring it back another day because he ran out of time. When I picked it up, the air conditioner didn't work. Long story short, David was extremely argumentative and rude. He took offense when I asked him about the recommended repair. He accused me of not trusting him and told me I would be throwing my money away if I didn't do what he said. I ended up paying 180$ for the diagnostics. He pulled a fast one on my by surprising me with an additional $80 for "fixing" my radio, which stopped working when I drove home. In order to refund me 80$ he made me stand in the freezing cold while he pulled my dashboard apart in front of me to disconnect my radio. On top of that my airbag light is flashing now which he denies causing. His last words to me as I exited his office was "I don't know how you have a job" I am worse off now, with more car issues than I was when I drove into his lot. My husband dropped my car off for a check engine light. When he picked it up the air conditioning wasn't working. It was working when he dropped it off. When he inquired they quoted him $1,100 to replace the condenser due to a leak. We thought this was high, so we took it to another mechanic who couldn't find a leak. The new mechanic filled up the freon and I have had cool air for weeks now. It would seem that the freon was emptied when they worked on my car. read more

My car needed an oil change, but also needed a couple things looked at. One of the things was what I suspected was a leaking sunroof and the other was that the steering wheel recently locked up while trying to park. Two Brothers did the oil change and looked into both issues. The leak was found to be coming from the rear brake lights, which both left and right would need replacement. Unfortunately the dealer prices on the lights were over $800 each. I'm going to tape the heck out of my old lights through the summer and take my chances. lol. The other issue was not able to replicate, so they couldn't find anything wrong and no codes were shown when they ran a diagnostic. I'm pretty happy with the service received. They didn't charge me anything for the diagnostic or looking into the leak issue. read more

I've been coming to Two Brothers Automotive for the past few months to get work done on my work truck and weekend car. The first time I came to this shop, I was greeted by David. He helped me through the whole process of getting my truck diagnosed and seeing what we can do to fix the problem. After he helped me with my car troubles, I started to refer more and more friends to come to this shop just based off the service I had received. This is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic around. I would travel 50 miles out of my way to come here. It started in December 2021, my engine was having issues, after bringing it to four (4!) other places, this is the only place that actually was able to get the fix done. These guys are FULL OF SH*T. My father had been a loyal customer of this shop for OVER 20 YEARS. Over the course of the last year, they have lost A LOT of business, partially probably due to the crappy economy, but I'm sure it has a lot to do with their DESPERATE efforts in making up for the lost income by SCREWING over even long time customers with fraud and overpricing! My car had a basic radiator problem with it back in the summer of '09, and according to them, all it needed was a replacement. EVERY 2-3 months the SAME problem would occur with my car and EVERY time they were "BAFFLED' as to what it could possibly be. Each time they assured me that it was a "sensor" problem, or it needed oil. FINALLY my car had enough. A week ago, my car started acting up with the SAME problems...this time it freaking died on me on the freeway at night...very dangerous! I called them up, pissed off that this was happening again despite them having "fixed it" for all the freakin money that had been put in their pockets thus far. They towed it back to their place, where i signed a paper saying it was going to get fixed " FREE OF CHARGE'. Hours later i decided to call a few mechanics who told me that by the sound of it it seems that the problem was something else that should have been fixed last summer to begin with and that most likely they were "putting a bandaid" on the major problem this whole time so that i would spend money here and there until my car finally had enough and i would have to spend a crapload of money on "a new problem" that is now a bigger one! Sure enough i get a call from Two Brothers saying that i will have to pay them 2000 dollars up front to fix this "new major problem" with my car!!! NO WAY IN HELL WILL I EVER GO BACK, and my father has also decided he is DONE with their FRAUDULENT ways! ps: I got a ride from one of their mechanics the day my car was towed and he spilled all the beans in telling me that they were doing horribly and had no customers lately" that explains the sudden desperation to screw people over! I needed to get a smog check done on my RV, and most shops are way to small to fit me in. Some wanted me to come after hours or early morning, plus charge me a "pain in the ass" fee. My RV storage guys referred me to Two Brothers and I had a great experience. Joe took great care of me, from pulling in, to setting expectations, and to helping me back out onto the main road. I brought my car in to Brothers to get some work done they want to $1900 for a job I knew you did not cost that much I told him I didn't want the job done and they charge me $100 storage fee for my car for the time that my car was on the lot and then went and got my work done at another mechanic and was only charge $600. This people is very honest, trust me, I had a nightmare taking my car to a different smog stations, I took my car to 3 different smog station, i had 3 results they said my car did not pass smog check test, one of them made me bought the catalytic , even with a new catalytic did not pass, so I took my car to Two Brother Automotive Repair, my car PASSED the smog check test, I was willing to pay more than they said, they only charge me for the test. $85 thanks to David , he is a honest person, I will recommended, Stop going around and around, go strait to Two Brothers Automotive Repair, they will do a great job!!!!! read more

Horrible, they replace parts that were not OEM even though that's what I paid for. They also replaced the parts and it wasn't what was wrong with the vehicle. Over charge for everything. About as dishonest as it gets, told them I had a oil leak, they replaced my clutch master slave. Clutch master slave was fine, truck was leaking oil not break fluid. I explained to them where the oil was coming from, instead of doing what is right, and finding the leak, they sprayed break cleaner near where the leak was at a end and said it wasn't leaking from the top of the motor. Brought the vehicle to a real mechanic and it was diagnosed correctly... Extremely shady shop. read more
