Made an appointment for an estimate. The window they provided was 8:00am-10:00am. I requested and was promised a call 30 minutes before arrival so I can meet them there. I received a call at 8:43 and was told he would be there in 10 minutes. I live 30 minutes away and that is the reason I requested a 30 minute heads up(yes, I explained that when I made the appointment). The guy showed up when he was supposed to - all good, going well - and then told me he would have someone figure out what the glass would cost and call me with the estimate in 2-3 days. I waited 4 days and called and left a message asking if they had the estimate. No call back. Odd. We were anxious to spend money and with them! Called again a few days later, still no return call. I left voice mails 3 times - the 3rd asking if something had happened, was there an issue when he came to the home? Why weren't they calling back? No reply. I tried calling from a different phone number to see what would happen, and someone answered. As soon as I said who I was and asked why no return call - they hung up on me! What? Why? However, my poor review is because of the several grease stains left on my carpet where they set the old sliding glass door on it. It appears like they set it down, readjusted and set it down again. Laying a tarp on the floor ahead of time would have been an easy thing for them to do. They also left a large greasy clump of the gunk that came from the door track on the floor. read more

I needed to get a new screen door. A new screen door would have costed me $185+tax I was told. I specifically told the lady who booked my appointment I didn't need installation, she said that's fine and scheduled an appointment for me. I even told that to the employee who came out to do measurements that I did not need installation and just needed a new screen door replacement only. He said that's fine, and took measurements and said I would receive a call by the following day with the cost. Two days went by and finally someone called and said it would be $310 with installation. Again, I reiterated installation was not needed. I asked what would it cost just for the screen door. She said she would call me back. Several hours went by, Dimitri, I'm assuming the owner, called and said if I didn't want installation, then I needed to provide him my own measurements. I was perplexed, and asked why when your employee already took measurements and you already have them so why would I need to provide them to you again. He became very irate, argumentative and loud. It basically came down to this.... use their measurements, if their employee had incorrect measurements then they would have to redo the door at their cost. & if I provided my own measurements & they were not accurate, then I'm SOL! Why did you guys even waste my time in coming out to take measurements if you do not allow customers to use your employee's, measurements? Especially when I told your appointment scheduler I did not want or need installation! We ended up replacing the mesh on our screen door ourselves and it only costed us $20! Terrific service and great price! They were able to replace the glass in our 1970's triple track aluminum windows without have to replace the window. Such a relief. And they were able to schedule us pretty quickly, which was another relief. One caution: schedule them to measure the window glass so that you can be certain they bring the right size for the repair. That way you will avoid a return trip and the possibility of wasting any glass that is miss-cut. read more

I contacted Two brothers glass to repair my sliding glass doors as the rollers were broken. I had contacted 2 other glass companies before them and those companies were unable to do the job. Two brothers agreed to do the work and provided me with a very fair estimate. The glass doors were quite heavy and they sent 2 men to do the job. They were very professional and were able to lift out the heavy doors, replace the rollers and place them back. I can't thank them enough for their great work and highly recommend them. This company was great ! Great service, explained what needed to be done. Fast, professional and helpful in explaining the care of our sliding glass door. They fixed our glass slider , something I couldn't do and husband didn't want to do. Not to mention it would take two people to lift slider out safely which they did effortlessly. Terrible business. Called them out for an estimate to fix our lock on a sliding glass door and replace the damaged screen door. To their credit they arrived promptly. Looked at the door and screen. The tech told us his office would contact us with a quote for both jobs. We waited two days. Heard nothing back. We called the office and left a message that we were interested in a quote. No response, called two more times left messages all three times. No returned call. Just really bad business ethics. I would not recommend this company. Forget this crowd. I was looking to replace 5 smaller double glazed window panes in our home. The guy came to do the measurements. I followed up with them on the phone, but were told someone will get back to me. More than a week later I still did not receive an offer from them. Obviously they are not interested in small jobs. There are many others around who are interested in customer satisfaction and I have ordered my window panes (including installation) from a much more reactive and friendly supplier. read more
