Southwest Scramble and biscuit and gravy.
Sandi B.

Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday. Busy place but luckily our timing was good and we didn't have to wait. Had the Southwest Scramble and it was very flavorful and more than I could finish.

Fast quick friendly service great vibes and good smiles. Second time eating the food here, and both times satisfied.

Hubby and I were looking for a new place to eat. Looked on the map and this establishment popped up. We Drove up from Phoenix on a Sunday. Quaint little cafe style diner. Shana was our awesome server. She was very attentive, and had amazing suggestions. Their menu was huge for only serving Breakfast and Lunch. It is decorated with local artists items, pillows, paintings and more. There is an ice cream shop attached also. There were people buying huge waffle ice cream cones. I ordered a skillet. Flour tortillas topped with potatoes, chorizo, black beans, , eggs and sour cream. It was huge and needless to say, I required a box. We will be back for lunch next time. Thanks for a great meal.

Went to rock springs but they wouldn't do take out orders when there is a wait. Great business concept. Found this place close by. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Dogs loved the patio. French toast and skillet was very good. I'll come here over the other place every time now!

It don't look like much, but it's well worth it!

We were traveling from Flagstaff to Phoenix on I-17 when we could find not decent restaurants, we versed off course to Black Canyon City. It is a quint little community. We were looking for food and in Arizona, that can take a several miles in between towns. We were hungry and say the road sign. We took the exit and found Two Brothers restaurant. We were not quite sure about it, but we took a chance. This place is off the beaten path, but we went in and found out that it serves primarily breakfast. I was not feeling it, but we stayed. I am so glad we stayed. I was so good. They served smoked bacon. The waitress was so fun! She made our day and the food was awesome!!! I highly recommend Two Brothers if you are in that area. There is great cactus scenery to photo and just enjoy.

French toast is the same size as the sausage patty

The five star reviews has to be from the owners, the people that work there, or people that know them!!! cuz there is there is NOTHING 5 stars about this place!! Food is VERY BASIC and service was HORRIBLE visited on a Friday at 8am and got seated right away. Waited about 10 mins for coffee waited at least another 10 to order. Got a refill on coffee but not offered more creamer. The water is from the tap and DISGUSTING the French toast was thinner than the sausage pattie lol and the hash browns are NOT FRESH those were frozen AF!! The eggs and sausage patties were whatever! There is no need to stop and eat here what a waste of $30 if you like Denny's then you'll be fine stopping here.

Nothing spectacular but nothing bad to say. Just average. Service was fine. The hot sauce is good and quality of ingredients was good.

The reason we came back on May 23 was because the food and service was so good on our first visit, as we were heading to the Grand Canyon, that we resolved to stop in on our return to Phoenix later that week. Our server on our first visit was Julie, and she was friendly, attentive, and very professional. My wife ordered the taco salad with ground beef. Julie explained that the ground beef used is also used for the chili, and that it was a little spicy. My wife is sensitive to spicy food, but she decided to give it a try. It was the highlight of her meal; just the right amount of heat and not overly spicy, and rest of the salad was fresh and tasty. The cranberry walnut salad I ordered was also fresh and tasty, although the chicken was a bit dry. Our son ordered the home made biscuits and gravy, which he said were delicious. The gravy was amongst the best he's had, and it contained bits of sausage. The serving sizes were all very generous, so there was no room for pie, unfortunately. Julie invited us to come back next week and leave room for pie, so we did just that. It was a really good meal, and a great way to start our vacation, worthy of five stars. Business was relatively slow on our first visit, but, when we visited the following Saturday, the restaurant was packed, since Memorial Day is the start of the summer travel season. We were seated within 15 minutes and were promptly greeted by Dakota. She told us the kitchen was out of numerous items and gave us a few minutes to look over the menus. One of the menus was quite dirty, with what seemed like maple syrup on the plastic-covered page. This time, I ordered the rib basket appetizer, my wife ordered a chopped salad with grilled chicken, and our son ordered the Rock Springs burger. On our first visit, the food took 10-15 minutes to arrive, on this visit, it took nearly 30 minutes. The ribs were meaty, but were room temperature, and seasoning was light and unremarkable. My wife's chopped salad was stacked high and served on a regular plate. There was so much salad that it was difficult for her to eat without the salad ending up on the table and, after 15 minutes, it looked like she'd hardly made a dent in it. She said the chicken was very dry, and ended up leaving more than half or her salad uneaten. Our son had no complaints about the burger, which appeared to be cooked perfectly. We each ended up getting a slice of the Dutch crust apple pie ala mode, which was served warm with a generous scoop of high quality vanilla ice cream. Rock Springs Cafe has quite a history, and the decor really shows its Western history. However, it looks like it hasn't been refreshed in nearly 20 years, and some of the posters, plaques and other things on the wall are in rough shape. The men's bathroom are unique, furnished with urinals made from beer kegs and more license plates than you can count. Rock Springs Cafe was a great stop for us, twice, and we plan to return on our next visit to the Grand Canyon.

Came here for breakfast while way to Sedona . Guess this was long weekend so they were overwhelmed…read moreand understaff. We ordered heuvos rancheros w/o meet but the tortilla were fried and chewy and it was too dry with no sauce so no flavor at all. It comes with lot of potato though. We also took farmhouse hash again it was tasteless won't recommend the place to come. Better have breakfast in scoot dale where you have lots of better options. Ambiance is like a cowboy which was great but I came for good food so is the rating

Another great meet up at Grotto Cafe in the Red Truck Plaza. Met my gals for lunch…read more Two of us arrived early. We went ahead and ordered. We were lucky to score an outdoor table. The orders were two half & half orders of chicken salad sandwiches and strawberry feta salad, an egg salad sandwich, a blueberry scone with iced coffee and a bagel with chicken apple sausage, eggs and cheese. Service is quick. Loved the bagel which is a breakfast meal that is served until noon. You really can't go wrong here with any order. We had a lively conversation. We stayed outside for 1-1/2 hours. Time flies around good company. Shared parking on site.

The first time I stopped in for a glass of wine just to check it out -- they were about to close, but the staff was so kind and welcoming. I even saw a roadrunner on the patio, which honestly felt like the perfect Arizona welcome moment I went back yesterday after a 4-mile hike at Jewel of Cave Creek and had a turkey, avocado, and bacon sandwich with chips -- simple but absolutely delicious. Fresh, satisfying, and exactly what I needed after being out on the trails. Prices are very reasonable too. The vibe here is what makes it special. It's busy but relaxed, cozy but open, and you order at the counter which keeps everything easy and casual. They offer coffee, wine, pastries, sandwiches, salads, and more -- perfect for a quick bite or a chill afternoon. I especially love the setting surrounded by the little Cave Creek shops. It has such a peaceful, welcoming energy and is a great spot to sit outside, enjoy lunch, and soak in the Arizona sunshine. Whether you're hiking nearby or just exploring the area, this is a wonderful place to stop. I'll definitely be back
