My thing is this, all of it was wayyyyyyyyyyyy too sweet for me. Like ridiculously so. This might be my own skills issue, because while well traveled I am not up on Korean food as much as say Lao or even Peranakan food. I've been a slow adopter so to speak. So damn sweet! The hot Cheeto does nothing, the dirty sauce is just super sweet. No depth, no acid, not even creamy. But people FREAKING love it! I can't fault the staff or execution. My meal (potato and dirty fries which were totally) were made fresh! Things were hot and fresh as promised. Just sickeningly sweet and lacking and sort of flavors I personally am into. Even a regular corn dog has depth of the corn meal my food don't have. It's a thing. I can't knock them because I got what I ordered.
