Came here for brunch with a friend and was pretty disappointed. We arrived at 11am, which was on the early side it seemed, as we didn't have to wait for a table, but there was a crowd waiting by the time we left at 12:30pm. The service is really slow as they are quite busy. I was going to order the acai bowl, but after seeing the previous review and photo of it (it looked like a frozen ice cream scoop) I decided to go for something else. I had the pulled chicken bowl, which was $18 - that's the price of a dinner entree! The food was fine, but nothing special. The restaurant is also pretty cramped, so I wouldn't recommend it for groups or for leisurely conversations. My bill was $27 for the bowl and a coffee, which is crazy high. read more

Good for people who: want a tasty brunch/lunch Bad for people who: hate brunch/lunch I've been meaning to try this place for a while because one of my friends who's a NYC native always talks about it as a good brunch spot. Came here on a Saturday morning around 11:30 and it wasn't too busy yet so we were able to be seated as soon as we arrived. The staff were very attentive in the beginning while the restaurant was calm, but as it got busier they were not able to check in as much and it took us a while to get our check at the end. They were still very kind throughout the whole thing though. I ordered the breakfast burrito and banana smoothie which were both great. My smoothie was pretty filling so I only ate half my burrito and saved the other half for later. I would definitely come here again and I want to check out the other locations because I know they all have different vibes to them. read more

I cant get enough of this place I'm so happy I decided to revisit. My husband and I stopped in the Noho location and wanted to try something new. We were introduced to the oxtail wrap, at first we were a bit leery because we never heard of it before. We decided to share one to try it and ended up ordering two more. I was in Manhattan on a Saturday to run a ton of errands. Obviously I got very hungry and decided to find a lunch spot that was nearby my location and I ended up stumbling upon Two Hands. I had never heard of the place before but it had a nice outdoor seating set up, so I decided to give it a try. There weren't so many things on the menu so it wasn't that hard to settle on the breakfast roll. Unfortunately I didn't realize the sandwich had bacon (my fault for missing on menu) on it but it was still tasty despite having to eat around it. Overall I thought the salad and the egg sandwich was delicious and probably one of the best I have tried. However I did think for the size of the meal, it was a bit on the pricier side. In the end I still enjoyed the service and meal, and could see myself returning. read more

Food was great, service was even better. It was my family and I's first time here, Ester was the sweetest young girl. She was very knowledge on the menu. Helped us order everything so patiently with our 3 screaming toddlers and made me the best latte, wish I would've taken a photo. Truly some of the best service I've ever received, and Ive had my fair share of resteraunts at my age. The food was great, nothing too heavy on our stomachs. B-L-A-T was my favorite. No wait and fast service at this brand new location on Bleecker Street. The menu is consistent with the other two locations and the food is always top notch. We walked in around 1pm on the Sunday after thanksgiving and we were seated straight away, mostly due to the fact that the majority of people don't yet know about the existence of this location. We had the banana bread ($10), which comes with a mascarpone spread on top. We also had the Build Your Breakfast ($10), which comes with sourdough bread and your choice of eggs any style, and optional sides for an additional $4-$5. We opted for a side of sweet potatoes, which were substantial and really good. Finally, we tried the Breakfast Roll ($15), which comes with a small side salad and is definitely worth the money. Delicious sandwich with scrambled eggs, avocado, and a slightly spicy tomato sauce. For drinks we shared a Match latte ($5), which was also really tasty. Underrated brunch spot in Soho! After battling multiple crowded restaurants in search for a table, Two Hands could accommodate us and even inside on a chilly day. Everything on the menu looked really good. I started with a croissant, which was buttery, crispy on the outside, and delicious. For an entree I ordered the brunch special (avocado toast with smoked salmon and poached eggs). This was my perfect idea of brunch food, and it was incredible. My wife came here this morning. She is five months pregnant. She walked in, saw an open table and asked if she could be seated. She was told there was a thirty minute wait. Immediately a couple walked in behind her and the host promptly seated them at the table. She was told she would be notified when her table was ready. Forty minutes later she came back because she hadn't gotten a notification and they had given away her table so she was forced to wait another twenty minutes. This is unacceptable! read more

The service sucks! I had to go find the waiter to take our order 45 min after we sat down. My boyfriend had to ask the waiter for utensils and the waiter replied with "that's what I'm doing". They only use customer connection with the tables they want to. The same waiter kept reminding us "thank you for your patience it's been a busy day". Shortly I figured out that that was his way of trying to keep his tip for when we left. I didn't give too at the end because I again had to go find someone to get the check and a box. I told the 3rd waiter I had seen today about our experience and that I wanted to pay and have a box. All he said was "I'm sorry about that. I'll be right out". He brought me a box with avocado on it and we paid $39 (no tip because I literally did all of the leg work the waiter was supposed to do) for sh*tty service and average food. Oh also the table beside mine ordered when we did and the waiter came back 10min later asking what that wanted to order..... LONG STORY SHORT IT WAS A WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY! read more

The Soho location of Two Hands has been one of our favorite Aussie brunch places (of the 8 or so in the neighborhood) so I was very excited when a new branch opened two blocks away from us. Went there for brunch this morning. Brightly lit yet cozy interior. The menu was more extensive than the one posted on the website (as of today, Feb 2). They had all the classics but also a veggie burger with pesto sauce, which turned out to be really good. Oat latte was also great. Service was friendly and attentive. They don't take reservations but they were not needed today. Might be soon as I can see the place become very popular. read more
