"American" corn dogs with ketchup with Kimchi Fries
    Alicia M.

This is a to go place only. The customer service wasn't the best and we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff member by showing up just after they opened. She made it clear they needed at least 15 minutes to heat up the grease but let us self order from the kiosk. There is a tiny table in the front outside, but it's very small and not really to eat on. Huge menu and so many variations of corn dogs. I love fair corn dogs so went for a plain American one. Was very hard to eat as the breading falls right off easily. Messy. Was not bad tasting, just kept falling apart. The Kimchi fries were pretty spicy and is the only option for fries. Also, the soda machine had no carbonation, so the worker ended up replacing our drinks with a bottle from the cooler when we took them back. I would not visit again, but it is a cool place to try different corndog variations.

Really like this place but if I'm ordering kimchi fries where's the seasoning I'm not paying for normal fries I just would get an extra corndog so please if you're out of something let the customer know or add a button if that's not the case for extra kimchi seasoning cause I just threw these away... waste of $5+

I've wanted to try this place for a while and we finally stopped to try! Overall, just okay - good, but not sure I would return I did half mozzarella, half sausage and the sausage part of the corn dog was MUCH better than the mozzarella The traditional I did beef hot dog and it was good! Think it was a little too much breading on each but maybe that's just me Dirty fry's were... weird? Not sure I liked them. Very interesting tasting

The young man from Texas helped us and he was great. It's more of a grab and go spot with very little seating but that's ok. The options are eye popping once you see the combo of ingredients and add ons. I wanted to try one of each but knew better. We got the spicey and the classic. Both choices were amazing the classic had almost like a cinnamon roll sweetness but definitely savory with the beef sausage dog and mustard. The spicey had the hot Cheetos dust and sauce. Holy crap were these corn dogs legit. Service was pretty fast and the signs they had on the wall kept you entertained while you waited. As I'm writing this review I have made the decision to go in a few hours to try another dog. Everything we tasted just didn't disappoint. If they had a bar I'd probably be there a few times a week because the combo of a beer and these corndogs just make sense. If you've never tried a corndog I highly recommend this spot being your first venture into this battered world of goodness.

Ordering counter here! The place is a small area so it's more like a grab and go.

Wow this place is delicious! Each item is made fresh when ordered. We ordered the signature set with no sugar on the classic dog with sausage, spicy hot dog with half mozzarella and half sausage, and a two hands sausage Dog. We greatly enjoyed them all! Definitely would recommend the dirty fries! They really hit the spot. Korean hotdogs! Just look at the pictures, they are so unique. The people who work there are also so friendly and kind. Only think is that parking is difficult when busy. It's right behind Dutch Bros on butler.

So good! You have to give this place a try if you enjoy corn dogs. These bad boys are next level! Haven't visited the store myself but my manager bought the staff a variety box and every single one of them were so good! Highly recommend any one on the menu! Can't wait to try their cheese sticks next time I visit.

We popped in on a Monday morning hoping to score some great grub and we certainly found some! Cubano ($20.95) - Starting with the bread - it's really fluffy, not toasted or pressed as with usual cubanos. Unfortunately, it's probably a little too light for the sandwich because some parts get mushy from being soaked in all the dijonnaise. The dijonnaise is very sweet, creamy with a mustardy zing. I think they add a bit too much, making the sandwich more fatty and messy to eat than I like (not to mention what I stated before about it soaking into the bread). The meat is fantastic. Both porchetta and ham are griddled on the flat top, giving them a developed and concentrated edge. The ham is to the point of being like country ham, while the porchetta still has great seasoned porky flavor. I believe they griddle the swiss cheese alongside the meat. It melts and crisps up into a cheese skirt, adding a fantastic texture to the sandwich. There's a lot of crinkle cut pickles underneath the meat, but it's not enough acid to cut through all that fat. Sandwiches come with a side of house chips. They are fried until a darker golden brown color, but aren't burnt. This gives a great kettle chip-like crunch. Even with different sized chips, they are very evenly fried with all chips being the same texture. They are salted the perfect amount. (4/5) Aleppo Pepper Pastrami sub Tomato Soup ($22.75) - This place is famous for their pastrami, and I can tell the quality. It's cooked on the griddle until it develops crisp edges. It's fatty, but the fat is rendered so there are no chewy and leathery parts. The meat is extremely tender and thinly sliced. It's honestly almost like bacon in texture, but the taste is completely different, with the exterior spices and pepper making a huge impact along with the rich concentrated meatiness inside. The bread is a nice toasted sourdough, not strongly sour in flavor, but definitely noticeable. The bottom slice is slathered with plenty of nopales studded cream cheese. It's added in a large amount and is an extremely creamy and fatty substance yet somehow doesn't overwhelm the sandwich. It's warm but not melty. The nopales are clearly there but I didn't find it to contribute much. The pastrami is layered on top of that followed by a ton of sweet brown caramelized onions that are very tender. An entire green chile, roasted and super smoky, is above that. Finally, aleppo mustard is spread on the top slice of bread. Between the green chile and the aleppo, there's a slight warmth that tinges the sandwich. It's nothing too spicy. Instead of chips, we opted to sub the Tomato Soup (no fee). It's very homestyle, full of tomato richness in a thick blend. It has a strong tangy tomato essence. There's basil oil drizzled on top for a boost of freshness. The soup is unfortunately quite a bit too acidic for my tastes, but that's only by itself! While very acidic, the soup is actually great as a balance to the sandwich (along with the pickle of course) since there's so much richness and fat coming in between the bread. (5/5) Proper Meats + Provisions definitely serves some great sandwiches. We were considering visiting again for our 2 full days in Flagstaff, but weren't able to make it because they close so early at 6! Based on that experience, I chose to stick with the Ground Beef Burrito, priced at $14.25 as of January 2026. It was just as good as I remembered and still amazing. During this visit, we also tried two other dishes. The first was the Creamy Chimichanga, also known as Chimichanga a la Crema, which cost $19.25. This dish was savory, creamy, and very indulgent. Like the burrito dishes, it came in a large portion and was served in a huge tray. I liked it, but I felt it was a little too heavy for me because of all the cream. Even so, it was still very delicious. We also ordered the Veggie Super Burrito for $14.99. It was filled with beans and was pretty good overall, but I didn't think it was anything especially memorable. Out of everything we ordered this time, the Ground Beef Burrito remained my favorite. Overall, I was once again satisfied with the food from this restaurant and felt very impressed with the experience.
