Macarons, ham cheese jalapeño croissant, cherry and cheese pastry and chocolate cookies.

Stopped by today for a sweet treat and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the baked goods. The ham, cheese and jalapeño croissant was delicious, as well as the cherry and cheese pastry (which reminded me of a childhood pastry my grandmother used to make so that was a nice surprise). I am a macaron snob so I was really impressed when I tried theirs. They are the right texture and the flavors are unique. I also got some cookies for the kids which were a hit. Next time I'm going to try their matcha because I hear it's ceremonial quality. Customer service was excellent as well, friendly and warm. I met the owners, who were happy to stop and have a little chat which I always appreciate. I am so happy we have a family owned shop in our town. I'd rather support a hard working and great quality family business.

Lavender Festival Review (2026)…read more My group of three headed to the Lavender festival for the first time this weekend. Many events for the holidays take place at 123 Farms and this summer holds space for the beautiful lavender field and activities! The signs leading to the location were easy to find and you can either purchase your tickets online, or at the gate before you enter the festival. I loved the food, as they really try to incorporate lavender into their items, such as lavender honey, ice cream, pizza, and even a smash burger! Although nothing tasted as strong as I expected, the food was worth a try! I ended up splitting a lot of it with my friends so we could try different things. Our favorite item had to be the pepperoni and ricotta sourdough pizza! It was amazing! I'd pass on the sourdough mini donuts. Some of my first timer tips: The petting zoo ends at 5pm, so make sure to visit early if you plan on going! Go on the tractor ride when it's cooler, as my friends and I were struggling to keep cool on the ride since it's summer. And be prepared to pay for the tractor ride as it is $8 a person. Bring a fan or hat, and sunscreen! I personally don't recommend wearing sandals because there's many dirt areas and fire ants in the lavender fields! All in all, I had such fun filled day here at 123 Farm. They did a really fabulous job with the decorations and food which truly felt like a festival that didn't run you for your money. The gift shop items are definitely pricy. Definitely recommend this festival for your summer plans!

As soon as we got to the parking area none of the staff knew what we were talking about. No one knew if we had parking paid, no one knew where the event was and they didn't know where to send us. I showed them the flyer and they let us park so we went in. We talked to about 5 different employees and then we found the front lobby one directed us to. Once we figured out where we had to go we decided to get some drinks. I went up to the first drink place near the parking lot. Once I got up to order you could tell the cashier was very unhappy. I ordered two alcoholic drinks. She immediately said if I was giving alcohol to someone else I was going to have the cops called on me. I told her no I just wanted to try two drinks. She rang me up and once I picked up my drinks she again said to me, if I see you giving this to one of your little friends you will be escorted out and the police called on me. If someone reads this review it was an older white lady with dreadlocks working the booth. I am 26 years old I don't know what she targeted me for looking young and I didn't have any girlfriends with me. After that experience, I found the farmer that was leading us on the strawberry field picking. She was amazing, you could tell the farmers had a ton of passion with what they did. It was amazing history about the farm and then we all picked fresh strawberries at the end. They also gave us free fresh lemonade.

HOT ASS DAY pressing apple cider in the mountains. We needed some food quick! And something cold to cool us down. An Angus McCurdy's just opened up over at Parrish Ranch, so we figured it was time to roll out and get grub. I ordered a BLT, but looked across the way and saw ice cream. Oak Glen Creamery? Oak Glen has ice cream? Screw this BLT. Good luck with life, BLT. I'm out. Made a dash for the ice cream. Ahhhhh. That pure, fresh, wholesome ice cream taste known to Straus. No stabilizers, no gums/additives/fillers, no artificial flavors/dyes/bullshit. No GMO, growth hormone, antibiotic cow milk made ice cream. Just natural tasting perfect ice cream for a less than perfect world. And though they don't make the ice cream in-house (Straus does the work), they have a gang of toppings to send your ice cream over the edge. What a pleasant surprise in Oak Glen. You've finally prepared the way for Oprah. Oprah...holla at me.

This…read morelittle gem is tucked in the back corner of the newly opened Angus McCurdy's Restaurant and Bakery in Oak Glen's Parrish Ranch, and it's one of those places you'll probably never find unless someone tells you where it is. We stumbled on it totally by accident, and I'm so very glad we did! The Oak Glen Creamery specializes in ice cream and shakes. Well, maybe "specializes" isn't quite the right term - ice cream and shakes is literally ALL that they do. But hey, when your product is as exceptional as theirs, why do anything else? We tried samples of their Brown Sugar Banana and Carmel Toffee Crunch ice cream offerings, and both were truly luscious. However, we knew we had to go for one of their signature "pie shakes." For the uneducated, an Oak Glen Creamery "pie shake" is a truly amazing concoction. It comes in two flavors: apple and pumpkin. We chose the pumpkin and watched as the magic unfolded in front of us... First into the mixer went several scoops of vanilla ice cream, followed by some half and half. Then came several large chunks of pumpkin pie. (Yes, actual pumpkin pie including the crust!) This was mixed at low speed, blending the flavors perfectly but leaving large pieces of the crust intact The mixture was then poured into a cup and topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice. YUM! If you're planning a trip up to Oak Glen to do some apple picking, make sure to put the Oak Glen Creamery on your "must see" list!
