Although they don't have all the bells and whistles or accessibility like a Wells Fargo, they make up for it with customer service and consistency. I had a situation in which my card was charged erroneously. I filled out the form for this and faxed it in. I had supporting documentation too. It took forever to get resolution but I liked that the bank credited me the money back while they pursued the business.

The first check was required to be paper and they placed a hold on my check for SIX DAYS. I was depositing this check on the 1st of the month when all my bills were due and I was barely making the cut to survive. When I asked why or what I could do the lady at the desk only told me "service generated". I asked if there would have been a way for me to just cash my check and she told me no there would still be a hold. Later learned I could have gone and cashed it at Walmart or Hyvee. Customer service was terrible I got no explanation until I spent 30 minutes calling customer service and they told me there is nothing I can do now. Will be closing my account when my check clears you cannot do this to people.

The street location is good too and they even have a free parking lot and drive through. One tip on the parking lot is, they have tokens to let you out inside, I don't know how many times I have parked in there and forgot to grab a token to get out of the lot! This is how they artificially lower the interest rates and get more clicks, by not being transparent on hidden loan costs. ' Credit unions are supposed to be 'for the people,' 'neighbors helping neighbors' but this is crooked. You'll get far better service just financing at the dealership or through a national bank. At least dealerships are honest about screwing you and their commissions. I've never seen a bank charge fees like this one does. They're refilling their tills with nickels and dimes for sure!
