The food is average at best chicken Chesapeake was dry and tasteless. Ahi Tuna was premade and cold. We hope for the best but surely disappointed. highly prices and on top they added a 3% credit card charge.

Great bar area to watch sports, & drinks are good! Meatballs are a MUST try, delicious!! Service was great each time I went, whether at the bar or seated at a table. The Ribs & Mussels are delicious as well, highly recommend. Overall, a great spot to enjoy happy hour or a nice meal.

Place is very good. The bread is fantastic! I got the coffee rub ribeye and it was good. The meat itself was a little fatty. Garlic mashed potatoes are a must. The service was great, I believe our server was Brandon and he was very friendly and attentive! The atmosphere is very welcoming and has a sports bar.

I came here to celebrate my sister's birthday and had a really great experience! The service from the hostesses to the servers was wonderful. I was the seasonal bourbon strawberry drink and it was delicious. I had the wedge, mussels and chicken carbonara. The wedge was excellent and loaded with cheese and bacon. The muscles are a giant portion and delicious. The breast it's served with was excellent. The carbonara was cheesy and really yummy! The servings here are large! Overall I'll definitely be back, the level of service was impeccable. The restaurant was so very clean and pretty!

They had the best servers AND they all worked together like a team. I've been here, probably four or five times for lunch and have always enjoyed it. Now, I'll make sure I come back for dinner sometime soon.

It comes with Cheese, onions, mushrooms, and gravy. I get it plain done mid-well and plain but ask them to put mushrooms on the side. You get 2 sides and free rolls that come with cinnamon butter. I usually stay away from the bread as I don't like the rolls as they seem very fluffy and not cooked enough for me. The cinnamon butter makes them taste like a dessert to me. I ordered a house salad with ranch and broccoli to keep the carb count low. When it arrived it was about the size of a hamburger patty rather than the oval hamburger steak that I get at the Westminster store. My guess is the weight was probably 4 or so ounces. On top of that it was cooked soooo well done by that I was dry and crusty. I called over the manager and complained about the size and cook to the manager. She asked if they smashed them down in Westminster and I advised that it was thicker and longer :.. maybe 10-12 ounces. She advised that she would make a new one. I kept the mushrooms and broccoli that was on the table. As my friend ate what he ordered I nibbled on the mushrooms... I have to say that they were so salty that it was unpleasant. The second burger arrived and was exactly the same size as the first one. I looked and there was a small amount of pink. The problem however is that it was again crusty I assume because it was cooked on too high a flame, also it was very salty and kinda tasted like they put steak sauce on it in the kitchen.... Weird. The second order of mushrooms was just as salty as the first. Honestly, I was hot tired ... so I passed on sending it or complaining to the manager again. I ate ... paid the check and left. The portion size was too small for a dinner entree ... if I wanted a hamburger I'd have ordered one. Overly salty food is not healthy and not appetizing. I don't understand the inconsistency with portion and the ability only to cook fast and burnt. I won't be back to this location.

Ruxton is elegant without feeling pretentious, and it's the kind of restaurant that actually complements dressing up for the occasion. Whether you're celebrating something special or simply want an upscale night out, the ambiance makes the experience feel worthwhile. For dinner, I ordered the whole lobster, and I honestly underestimated what I was getting. The presentation alone was impressive--it was served on a board nearly the size of a large wooden cutting board. At around $200, it's definitely a splurge, but after tasting it, I completely understood why. The lobster was cooked perfectly, incredibly fresh, and so good that I somehow managed to finish the entire thing. We also ordered the Lemon Butter Prawns, and they deserve just as much recognition. The lemon butter sauce was rich, bright, and unlike anything I've had before. Easily some of the best prawns I've ever eaten. We shared a side of broccoli, which was good, but with everything else on the table, it simply wasn't the star of the meal. My partner ordered the Fried Lobster with mashed potatoes, and they absolutely nailed it. The lobster was fried perfectly--crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender inside without tasting greasy. That's not an easy balance to achieve, but Ruxton pulled it off. The cocktails were just as memorable. I ordered the Shake & Bake, which I'd describe as a tequila take on an Old Fashioned, and it ended up being one of my favorite drinks from our entire Baltimore food tour. My partner's dirty martini was also well made. The service was exceptional throughout the evening. Our team was attentive, professional, and consistently checked in without ever being intrusive. They helped make an already special evening feel even more memorable. Ruxton absolutely lived up to the hype. While it's perfect for celebrating special occasions, the quality of the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere has me looking forward to coming back just to explore more of the menu. This is easily one of Baltimore's premier dining experiences.

It was early and midweek. When we arrived, there were 3 men sitting outside smoking cigars. It was a lot. The table we were seated at was near the front window and a couple of us could still really smell the cigars. I knew it would affect the enjoyment of our meal, so I asked to move. Since we were the only ones in the restaurant, it wasn't a big deal. The staff was not rude, but they weren't friendly. It was more like indifference, from the hostess to the bartender to our waiter. The food was mostly good. There were five of us so we had a lot and a variety of dishes. We enjoyed the lamb chops and the charcuterie board, among others. My steak was delicious--perfectly seared and seasoned to perfection. The crème brûlée was delicious, but my son was served a cheesecake slice with mold on it. We were pretty disappointed overall for a meal that cost over $500 for 5 and was on a special day. We won't be going back and we won't be recommending them.

The fried green tomatoes could have been cooked a little longer to suit my taste but it wasn't bad. Just a little hard to cut through with the knife. I'm interested in trying out their early evening. You can tell people really like this place. Lots of options on the menu. I went with the classic Eggs Benedict, which here comes with an interesting twist -- they add cheddar cheese. That was new to me. My daughter ordered the Belgian waffle with sausage. They didn't ask patty or link, so we rolled the dice -- it came as links, and she wasted no time eating them. The waffle filled her up quickly. Fresh blueberries on top, crispy on the outside, airy on the inside, and sweet in all the right ways. When my Eggs Benedict arrived, it looked a little small at first and the potatoes barely filled the plate. But don't let that fool you. What a flavor. What a presentation. The hollandaise was perfect -- thick enough that it barely dripped off the muffins. Once the creamy yolk broke and mixed into that sauce, it was game over. The cheddar addition actually works, giving the whole dish another layer of richness. This is top-tier classic Benedict. Coffee was solid, the atmosphere cozy, and the pricing surprised me in a good way. My daughter's meal was $5.99, with only a $0.75 upcharge for juice, which is hard to beat these days. Good service, good food, and a comfortable place to sit down and eat. We'll definitely be back!!!
