Well after all the reviews I read we decided to try this place. I gave two stars for bread and sauce. But the cheese is so horrible. I taste like plastic. And yes I know how plastic taste lol I chew on straws. But on a serious note everyone's taste is different. Make your own choice. My choice is... this was my first time and my last. I love cheese. Toppings off the hook. Major cheese. Cooked correctly with toasted crust. Only reason for loss of star was bottom of crust was thinned out and soggy because of grease from cheese. Also ordered turkey avocado and cheese hoagie. Wife really liked it read more

Just try this the other night, so where the hel have I been all these years? They're like a mile away from me, down the street from Domino's (eh?) but I digress...man, the pizza was/is killer. The Asian couple are charming and oh yeah there was like five Pico Sheriff's car out front. Now from what I gather most local law enforcement peeps know where to chow down. So as I walked in to the smallish joint I saw cops to the left of me, my call in order to the right of me. Oh man, it smelled killer in there; no wonder "Five-Oh" was in the house. I love this place. It's so hot inside the restaurant. If you have to go to the bathroom be sure to go before going to this place. Sometimes they let you use it some times they don't. So that in mind , don't go with a full bladder cause you my have an accident. read more

I used to eat these sandwiches 20 years ago when I lived over on Gallatin Road. I recently moved to West Whittier and wondered if Two Sal's was still around. It was. I ordered a Pizza, Garlic Cheese Bread, and a Roast Beef, Ham, and Cheese sandwich. OMG! My friend and I could not decide which of the three was best because ALL THREE were FANTASTIC. The sandwich was toasty goodness and tasted the same as I remember. I have no idea how. It's been 20 years and there are new owners, but it was the same deliciousness. The garlic cheese bread was flakey, buttery and loaded with cheese. The pizza was a cheese lover's dream. I almost thought it had too much cheese. I asked my friend if she wanted to say anything. This is my go to spot for an excellent sandwich ham and avocado the best... Their pizza is like none other their personal pizza is enough to feed two... Be aware there is only two people a man and wife who work there and it gets busy be prepared to call more than once but totally worth it. read more

They said they delivered but the person who answered the phone did not understand my address (& I speak perfect english) so I gave up & drove over there to pick it up. Loved the pizza here. It reminded me of my childhood favorite Barrios Pizza in North Whittier. The ovens were real old school and made the pizza taste yummy. They are not stingy with there cheese at all!!! The sauce was good. The sandwiches and the pizza are GREAT! The owners are so nice. Even when they're super busy. Sometimes you have to call a couple of times to get through on the phone but it's only an older couple working here so be patient. It's totally worth the wait. I stop by there today and I had the pastrami with cheese and it was excellent I was going to get the regular size but I got the 12 inch for a dollar dollar fifty more great food at a great price I strongly recommend for anyone that like sandwiches to stop by I also seen some people eating pizza and it looked delicious I will have to try the pizza next time read more

Picked up a vegetarian pizza here and drove 30 minutes home. It was still crispy and not soggy at all after I got home!! The pizza was amazing and super cheesy. Def not the best diet meal. If you're looking for an awesome place to try new pizza-- don't wait just go try it!! Next time, I would call and order in advance, I was a walk in and they said it would take 25 minutes. read more
