Plus I knew that my wife would be thrilled to receive a clean car back as a surprise. I was in the area on other business and was hoping there was a hand wash place that could take good care of me. Enter Ralph's. I called ahead to inquire if they could handle the rack on top of the car and they said they were pretty sure, but if it was convenient, to come in and they would take a look see. Turns out the rack was not an issue and despite the fact that it was an unseasonably warm Friday afternoon, Ralph's was able to process my car in a very decent amount of time which is usually not the case at car wash places on nice days in the wintertime. I needed 'The Works' which is not cheap, but I knew it was both worth it and needed. There were a few up charges to note, like most places, they charge a little more for bigger vehicles; and mats were not included, they were extra, $8 for a set of four, which I feel should be included. Having said that, the car came out looking great both inside and out. When I checked out, they gave me a discount of some sort which negated the oversized vehicle add on charge, and to boot, gave me a stamped receipt that was good for an exterior wash in the next 7 days. So a great experience was had, the customer service in the lobby was expedient and friendly; and the best part of all, was that my wife was floored at how well cleaned her vehicle was and commented that she would be going back to Ralph's because they do a better job than some of the other places we have tried. When I came in he continued to treat me with an attitude and told me I should have seen the sign on the side of the building. I said how are new customers supposed to know this. TJ unfortunately was the manager so I could nothing about it. I did get my car washed, and mad sure I tipped the guys good, they're not responsible for the manager treating customers like dirt. I will never step foot in that establishment again.

A pleasant little local touchless carwash, with two automatic bays and a couple of do-your-own…read morebays, supplemented with coin-operated vacuum cleaners. Sometimes there's an attendant; sometimes there isn't. Conveniently located right across from a gas station; there's rarely a line. Car wash prices are fairly standard, and they sell tokens. The machine you pay for your carwash doesn't reliably recognize bills, so I usually pay be credit card - good luck trying to get a receipt; it always seems to jam in the machine. If you're willing to deal with that, this place is just fine. The machine did stiff me a carwash once, but the attendant made it right on my next visit (even with no receipt - see comments above).
