I completely understand businesses setting travel fees or service areas, but the communication made it feel like my project was more of an inconvenience than a valued opportunity. They did an amazing job, car looks better than off the showroom floor and the steering wheel looks brand new again. When I picked up the car it was running rough and went into limp mode. Theo arranged to have it towed by enclosed trailer to the dealer to be checked out. He also helped me get it looked at the same day after the dealer said their earliest opening was two weeks out. It turned out to just be a bad spark plug that was an easy fix, but Theo went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Absolutely a 5 star experience and highly recommend them for any detailing or customization work. The attention to detail is off the charts. There's a reason you see them working on so many Porsche's and exotic cars when you're in the shop.

We had a family trip planned out for a couple weeks later and we were planning on being gone for a few weeks, so we figured that would be the perfect time to get the wrap done. Robert was even nice enough to plug our car in to charge AND drop it off down the street to Ronald at Midnight Tinting to get it tinted for us. When we came back from our trip, we went to go pick up our car and it was just amazing!!!! He had added on the rim protectors and put the protective coating on our rims, wrapped the entire car, and waterproofed our floor mats. As we did pick it up when it was raining, he told us there was a possibility of it bubbling, so to watch it for two weeks and give him a call if anything needed to be done.
