I was very interested in working with this gentleman based on the quality of work shown in his videos and photos -- his projects truly looked impressive. Unfortunately, my experience during the initial communication was disappointing. From the first phone call, it felt like my location was an issue. I was informed there would be a $50 estimate fee, which I had no problem paying, but after agreeing to it, I received another call suggesting I may want to find someone closer to my area instead. He has completely revised and expanded his menu of services to now offer more choices and a la carte items. This time I added a wax coat to my 2023 Prius Prime, and that one step made the car look fantastic. Chris explained how he chose the specific wax product that he uses. He is like a chemist or a scientist who selects only the best stuff from a world of competing items, many of which just don't do the job. My wife's car needed a serious detail. The passenger side had hard water spots on the rear psngr door and qtr panel as well as the rear wheel. Chris responded to my estimate request promptly and gave me a run down on options depending on what was needed to remove the spots. I booked an appt and he arrived right on time. After looking at the car he explained the options and cost for each method. He got started and I got out of his way.
