This area was neat and clean with a couple TVs, water and a coffees marker nearby. They took me back shortly afterwards to one of the exam rooms. They are very polite and were running on time. Once in the back the easy read chart and more questions were asked about my eyes. They dilated my eye and took me to another waiting area which had TVs to watch while waiting. I did not wait long before they took me back to the exam area. Doctor Mark Liebetreu came in and started the rest of the eye exam. This guy is very good in answering all my questions and working within my insurance guidelines. I had him examine my eyes every time I go there. I highly recommend him as every time I went there it was a very smooth visit. This place gets a 5 out of 5 stars for cleanliness, on time service, professionalism, and friendliness. I told him that I can see things at a long distance and that my problem was dry eyes. He did not gave anything for this problem. Last week I called the office and I explained to the person that answer me the problem and asked him to call my pharmacy to ask for the type of Eye Emulsion that I need. He never called. Next came the doctor who suggested I have eyelid surgery and come back for some sort of test measuring my eye. I told her that's all well and good but the eye infection was what I was there for. She told me to put warm compresses in the eye which I had been doing for 2 months. I wanted a refill on the antibiotic and she said she thought people were over using them. I said I needed something. She did give me a presciption for predisone eye drops that are making things much better. My point is : took too long for an appointment for my issue and it seemed that they were trying to upsell me to get eyelid surgery and extra tests.

There were multiple signs posted directing patients to check in via QR code and the Clearwave online system, which I followed. Then I sat for 50 minutes with no communication--just waiting for my name to be called. When I finally approached the receptionist, she looked up my appointment and said she needed to get the manager. The manager came out and told me they had called to reschedule my appointment and left a message. I received no message whatsoever. To make matters worse, she tried to rebook me weeks out and at a different, less convenient location. When I asked why no one informed me sooner or checked on me while I sat there for nearly an hour, her tone immediately turned rude and defensive. She asked if I had signed in on a piece of paper--despite the fact that all signage instructed digital check-in only. I told her I followed their process exactly, yet she continued to speak to me with clear frustration and condescension. The way I was treated--especially by the manager--was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I was the one who wasted my time, yet she acted as if I was the problem. I canceled my appointment and will not be returning. Patients deserve better communication and basic respect.

I explain that I only need my vision check because I need new eye glasses. Did not explain that refraction test is to get prescription. After the appointment I paid my copay $40 and I asked for prescription based on the doctor opinion that my vision changed and I need new glasses. I was told that I have to PAY to have the prescription. The bottom line if they explain when I sign in I will not waste my time. This is a totally BS. Lesson learned: next time I will go to Walmart and have my eye checked, prescription and glasses for less. A refraction is the test that is performed to determine your eyeglass prescription. ... A refraction test is usually given as part of a routine eye examination. It may also be called a vision test.

It also took 7.5 hours for Dr Campbell to review the suggestions from Dr Abram's ... very disappointed since I spoke with the office staff (Debbie)relaying our dire need for this script in order to get new glasses. I asked for the script to be faxed to me, of course they said "I'll fax it right now".....of course that never happened. So long story short if you want empathetic, caring, sympathetic and most of all ethical feelings/behavior from a doctor do not repeat do not use "these people".
