The shop is located in a weird shopping center but the easiest way to get there is to park in the whole foods parking lot and look for the Michel Rene Salon sign. It's literally connected to Michel. If you blink, you'll miss it. Like the other reviewer's have said, the shop is super small but the service is phenomenal and they do a really great job. There are only two seats in the shop but if you're OK with small tight spaces, I'd highly recommended! read more

This is my go-to place for threading! I've been coming here for about a year and a half now, I think, and am so glad I'm going to be in the NoVA area now so I can come here as frequently as I need to! I've always gotten my eyebrows threaded but the ladies (Spriya and Bintu) here do them like no other. They're always gentle, quick (I'm usually done in about fifteen minutes), and extremely thorough! I always get compliments on my eyebrows after they're done here. My eyebrows were in a terrible shape after getting them done at a mall chain in my college town, and Bintu fixed them up in no time after showing her a picture of what I wanted. Prices are comparable to most threading places (eyebrows are around $10) but the service is wonderful! read more

I have gone to almost all of the women here and they have all done an outstanding job.. Buy my favorite is Supriya! Supriya does an incredible job at shaping my eyebrows, she usually has a line but it is worth waiting for her! I had an excellent experience when I came last Thursday. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for the past few years because waxing was really irritating me. I have going to places that I thought were good but now since coming here, this is by far the best. I think I had Spriya based on the days she works, and she did an excellent job. I can't get over how good my eyebrows look and how even they are. She is fantastic!! I definitely like my full brows, and she kept them full, but cleaned them up perfectly. My eyebrows were in horrible shape from months of neglect. I discovered Tysons Eyebrows with a quick yelp search and was able to easily book an appointment through yelp. The people at Tysons Eyebrows responded in minutes and told me to come on by. I actually saw that 55 people reviewed them and they had 5 stars, so I didn't bother to look at the reviews and didn't realize they do threading only. I had never tried threading and frankly, I was never interested in trying it. While I was waiting for my turn, I scoured google for information on threading - if it was a better method, if it took a long time, and most importantly: if it hurt. Google said it hurt, so I was pretty nervous when it was my turn. The lady that did the threading was so sweet and understanding. It took maybe 10 minutes and she did a fantastic job. SPEECHLESS!!!! It was my first time and my eyebrows have not been touch for a month. I explained to her what I wanted and showed her where my natural eyebrows grew different directions. Usually I have a problem with other new technicians .However, she asked me several questions and even asked for a picture to get a better idea. I found this VERY VERY helpful. I have had one person in Texas who nodded her heads left and right like they knew what was going on, rushed my eyebrows and finally realized that my natural brows grew different directions lol.... Beware it gets super busy on Saturday's and around lunch time. It's a small place so it can get crowded. I was hesitant to go to an unknown place since I'm very particular about my brows and skin. I saw the great reviews for Tysons and decided to give it a shot. My first time here and was recommended by my aunt who usually goes to Ruby. She wasn't in today but the girl who was did a good job and was professional. There was no wait when I came in around 130 but after me came 2 people! I don't normally thread my eyebrows because I've broken out in red hives in the past but she was so good I have minimal redness and she asked if I wanted lotion on it. Shaping, clean up, cleanliness, asking me if I wanted any more shaping, everything about the process was enjoyable. Well worth the $10. I recommend this small two seater of a place. read more

I'm very sad to be the first one to write a bad review. My sister recommended the place for me and I was so excited to try it, especially after reading all the reviews on Yelp. I chose Bindu however I'm really sad to say I wasn't happy with my eyebrows. She wanted to fix them by taking more but I specifically requested them to be thick and long so asked her to leave it like that. As a guy, you have to be very selective when getting your eyebrows waxed or threaded. I personally prefer threading as I feel it leaves your eyebrows looking their natural shape. I have very thick eyebrows that grow long in length, so it's essential that when I do get them threaded, the person must know how to do men's eyebrows properly otherwise I'll look like I'm one step away from being a contestant on RuPauls Drag Race. Bindu, the owner of Tysons Eyebrows, has the know how to properly thread men's eyebrows. I told her I wanted them cleaned up and she did that flawlessly. I've had some horrific incidents in the past as some of my friends know...LOL, so I highly recommend her and I definitely will be back. The location is about a mile away from Tyson's Corner Mall. I was slightly confused how to get there at first. It's in the Michel Rene building on the corner of Maple Ave and Park st.The shop is right next door to a tobacco store. read more

Don't be fooled. This place is close to my job so I decided to give it a try. First of all, the shop is very small and when I was there, it was me and 3 other people waiting and we weren't even really sitting on an actual chair, just some sort of step and some had to stand. On top of that there was only one person working that busy, Friday afternoon so I waited for about 40 min. Once I got into the chair, I thought I was going to have a great experience since the type of thread they used didn't hurt as much. I left with one thick eyebrow and one thin one that I couldn't really tell until I got into the car. I wasn't able to really inspect either because I felt rushed out of my chair since she had other people waiting. I ended up going to a different place inside Tysons Corner mall to get them fixed because they were that bad. read more
