We took our SUV to CarToyz because the hood and roof had become dull after of going through so many car washes using brushes and harsh detergents combined with UV. Our vehicle was returned in worse shape than when we brought it in! When we dropped off our SUV, the hood was dull had minor scratches, but not it was not excessively scratched, color was consistently green, but dull. What Distinctive CarToyz returned to us was excessive scratch marks carved in the front hood and the green color removed/gone (see the photos). They also managed to remove the paint finish around the ignition switch. The interior of the car smelled like they had spilled an entire bottle of Windex inside. Clearly, the job was not in the wheelhouse. To add insult to injury they removed the car dealership decal on the back and put on their own Distinctive CarToyz business frame (see photo) around the back license plate. Blatantly corrupt to have people think we purchased our Tahoe from them and not from a reputable dealership. They are any but reputable. We took our SUV to our car dealer and for only a couple hundred dollars more than what CarToyz charged us ($1,500), Bennett Chevrolet made our SUV look brand new!

My brake fluid drain system light went off and I took it to them. Lathan took great care of me. With an appointment the next day the thing took about an hour and while it was on the lift the did a full check and emailed me a very detailed checkup. They found that I had a screw in my right rear run flat tire, which had just needed a fill. They ordered the tire and popped it on the next day. I'm glad to know that these guys are there.
