I also have been able to go to other ModWash locations with the membership, which I like being able to do. I have learned which are the least & most crowded times to go there. The employees are very helpful & friendly. The only issue I have is, I feel like sometimes there is not quite enough space between cars. I understand they are trying to cycle cars through when it's busy, but as a customer, I don't think the tailgating is a good idea. It affects the way the vehicles are cleaned (or not cleaned as a result). If that changes, I'll change this review to 5 stars.

Today I had a flat tire (leaking around the rim) I had to get my tire removed from rim, shape it, and also replace a bad valve, he explained everything to me and what would need to be done and still would be less than an hour. While waiting you can watch tv and have a cup of complimentary coffee or tea in a warm clean office.
