I had gotten into an accident and needed some body work. My cousin dropped it off for me and left her number with them to call when it was done. Two weeks went by and not a word so we thought my car was being fixed. Two weeks later when my cousin called then about her car, they say they were trying to reach her because they can't fix my car since they don't work with Geico. So this whole time, my car was just sitting there at their shop. I had my uncle go pick it up for me and when I went to pick it up from my uncle's, all these warning lights came on on the dashboard and there were parts that were out of the car (see pictures). My surround camera and sensors were all unplugged. The owner said they didn't touch my car because they don't work with Geico, but my car was completely ripped apart under the hood. So I call the owner and asked him why they took my car apart the next day. He said he doesn't know because he was on vacation but to bring it in and they will plug it back in for me. Next day, I bring the car in and waited for almost 2 hours for them to "fix" my car when he said it'd be really quick when we got there. I asked him why they took my car apart and he said "they took the wrong car back" and I was livid. I asked why they didn't put it back together if they mistakenly took it back and tore it apart. He just kept saying sorry and we waited 2 hours. 2 hours later, my front surround camera was still not working. He tried to "fix" it again but nothing. He said it might need to be recalibrated at Lexus and that he would pay for it. I was pissed but he couldn't do anything for me so I said ok I'll take it in when I have time. Fast forward to Lexus, they say the front camera doesn't calibrate..... and they eventually found out that a circuit was shorted. Call the owner of the shop and he offered to fix my car to work with Geico then. I refused and said I just want whatever they broke to be fixed. He said the issue was from my car accident and that I needed to claim it through Geico. I told him NO because before I brought the car to his shop, Geico already sent ann appraiser and wrote me a check already. Everything under the hood was workIng properly when I brought it in. After a long time of going back and forth with him refusing to pay to fix the front camera, I told him his shop is a con shop and that I would go tell all of portland newspapers and media about him. He then finally said he would pay for it..... Don't go here!!!!!!!

Jeff was very helpful in working with me to come to a price that worked for my budget, without him having to cut corners in quality. I was a little concerned at first because there weren't any reviews on Yelp, but this is a pretty good-sized business that does a lot of work for local dealerships and private owners, and his team did a great job on my old truck. I'm glad I decided to spend the money to have it detailed, and he even took care of a loose/broken dash panel for me, free of charge. They do more than just detailing, so I'll definitely give them a call when I need more work done.
