Dealing with Si's was a great experience…read more Our Audi had some fairly minor damage due to an RV driver that misjudged his turning radius and took the paint off the rear bumper of our car. He wanted to pay for it himself and I agreed (although I did get his insurance info also). I took the car three high rated repair shops, including Si's. I had very favorable opinions of all of them. Even though they all use software programs, Si's came in substantially less than the others (different program). I verified that they could do it for this, with the same caveat that all of them had; the Audi bumper sensors may need to be re-calibrated, at a several hundred dollar additional amount. I let the guy paying for it review the quotes and he agreed to go with Si's. He was also informed about the possibility of additional charges. The other driver took a check by and I took the car in to be repaired. It was determined that the sensors needed to be re-calibrated. The other driver balked at this and didn't want to pay. Si's was great. No pressure on me. They told me work out what I needed to and they'll wait to hear back. The other driver did agree to pay and took the money by and I got the car back very soon after. The work was perfect. There is no way to see where the paint was damaged and the sensors all worked great. I cannot recommend Si's high enough for working through the issues and doing perfect work. Everyone I met or spoke with was super friendly and helpful.

After my dad accidentally backed into my driver side door, I needed to have my door replaced. After…read morehoping it was just a cosmetic issue, Kraig informed me that it was truly a safety issue, and explained that without repair, a front-on collision could cause the door to fracture into me in the driver seat. It was an easy decision to suck it up and take the insurance hit. While their quote was higher than the other I had gotten, their reviews blew the other shop out of the park. I was glad my insurance company allowed me to choose my own shop. Kraig was patient with me, having never been in an accident, and never having to make an insurance claim. He worked closely with my insurance company to make the whole process seamless. I dropped off the car and was able to get a free loaner car from the shop. This was a HUGE help! The duration they needed my car was quoted longer than the other shop, but they got my car back to me well before the overestimate. In addition to fixing the issues, the car was provided to me cleaner than it was when I dropped it off and they gave me chocolate . Very happy with the service provided and would recommend this shop to others.

At first, it looked beautiful and we were very pleased as you'll see in my original review. Well now in 2026 the paint job is beginning to bubble at the bottom of both doors. One of the bubbles have cracked and is now showing rust. This tells me that the entire paint job was beyond subpar. I'm trying to sell the truck as I write this and find that anyone that knows anything about paint jobs recognize a poor paint job the minute they see the truck. So this has put me in a precarious position as I need to sell this truck.

The car was given to Terez Lindsey. The title was not put into anyone else's name. I thought car was going to get junked. Move forward to June 9, 2026. I received certified letter from Sergeants Towing Inc. The car has been in their lot for 9 days & the bill is $986. The car will be sold on June 20th. John Dang lied about Terez's last name. The towing company listed Terez's name as White. I sent all information about Mr. Dang & John Dang & his business to the court & was able to get tickets thrown out. The towing company said I had nothing to worry about if the Bill of Sale is with DMV which it is with the correct information, Mr. Dang's name, etc.... The alternator went out & didn't take the car back to his shop. I had 6 month warranty. I don't trust the man or his son to be truthful with me. I went to another mechanic & here's the rundown of what's wrong with the car: Alternator, battery cables, motor mount, spring broke on front passenger tire, bearings out on rear passenger side, sway bar & bushings, pan underneath has oil leak, & power steering hoses leaking. To avoid any potential issues, please ensure that you provide a written list of the necessary…read morerepairs for your vehicle, rather than relying on verbal communication. Failure to do so may result in additional costs and time-consuming rework. I experienced this inconvenience firsthand when I brought my vehicle in for minor repairs, including a dent and scratches. Despite my vehicle being in good working condition, the repairs ultimately caused malfunctions in my electronic key prompts, door locks, and keyless entry system. It appears that an issue arose during the disassembly and reassembly process, which affected my vehicle's electrical system. Although the service center claimed to have consulted with an electronic IT specialist, they were unable to diagnose the problem. We were advised to seek assistance from my own purchase vehicle shop, with the possibility of reimbursement if the issue was deemed to be the service center's responsibility. However, this would necessitate my assumption of responsibility for rentals during diagnostic time, incurring several hundred dollars in out-of-pocket expenses for diagnostic services, excluding the cost of repairs. I now still driving my vehicle unfix. I'm thoroughly disappointed with the outcome, which has created a new problem following the initial repair. The one positive aspect here is the expediency of the repair time.

I chose this auto body shop based on strong reviews. While the quality of the repair itself was…read moregood, the overall experience was challenging due to pricing, communication, and scheduling issues. Communication was responsive at first but declined significantly after the car was dropped off. Texts and emails about the repair timeline and rental car coordination often went unanswered, and my name was repeatedly misspelled despite being originally correct in their system. I was explicitly texted that my car would be ready by 4:00 PM on the scheduled pickup day, and the rental car company was notified as well. When I followed up later that afternoon due to no confirmation, staff appeared confused that I believed the car was ready, despite the prior message and the rental company being informed. I did not receive clarification until right before close, when I was told the car was not ready due to a missing mud flap. This message arrived to me on a day they closed at noon, which prevented pickup Friday and now created an issue for pickup altogether for me since I was leaving town Sunday and they aren't open weekends. I was told Monday the vehicle could not be held, and my boyfriend went out of his way to retrieve it. Approximately 2.5 hours after the car was picked up, I received a message stating that the remaining parts (mud flap and step pad) were available, which was confusing given that the vehicle had just been released and the urgency of pick up while I was out of town. The final cost exceeded $5,000, which felt excessive compared to the insurance estimate of $1,029, even accounting for differences. They did offer to complete the remaining work at my house, which I appreciated, but scheduling proved difficult due to delayed responses. Communication only resumed once I agreed to bring the vehicle back in myself. Positives: the repair looks good, the car was cleaned and waxed, and the automated phone system was convenient for scheduling. Overall, while the workmanship was solid, the high cost, inconsistent communication, and scheduling issues made this a frustrating experience. I would not return.
