Then, later that same evening, I accidentally broke the cartridge while trying to install a new shower handle. We suddenly couldn't turn the water back on to the entire house. Even though Vlad had already worked a full day, he came by after his last job to help us figure out a way to at least get our water back on. What impressed me most was that he didn't just look for a quick temporary fix. He took his time, worked through the problem, and ultimately ended up fixing the shower handle and getting everything working properly.
