    Went there as a 2nd time for propane refill. I checked in the past and they have the best price around here. As of June 23, price per gal was 2.99 + taxes. Service was quick. I went inside, told a guy, he came right out and helped me refill. Noticed later that they have a sign saying just drive to the refill station. There is a button nearby the station to call for attendance. He even helped me take a filled tank back to my car. I think his name is Gavin. He also give me a tip to prevent rusting on the tank as a precaution. No reason not to come back here for future refills.

    Bad experience . Reserved a truck , got a confirmations. Day before the move they said truck is not available .

I received a text message offering to haul something from point A to B and get a credit on A DIFFERENT VEHICLE THAN WHAT I RESERVED. I spoke to a young lady named Kirna, which I could not understand a word she was saying. She didn't want to give me her name at first, until I had her spell it. I requested to the manager and she said that Harley Johnson was not in the office. I called again their 1-800 number. A lady answered, who had a terrible attitude and said that someone had called me to tell me that my "reservation" had changed. I informed her that this wasn't the case, that all was discussed was going up to 20 miles to pick up a truck. She had a terrible customer service approach, stating she was from Sales, and transferred me to the scheduling office in Everett. She transferred me to that office and I spoke with Amy. Amy reiterated again that someone had confirmed the change via phone with me. I told her I wouldn't be calling if I wasn't surprised by this information (they changed my reservation without notification from a 26 foot truck to a 20 foot truck). I asked to speak to the manager and she said Harley was on her lunch. Please know 30 minutes have gone by and no one has called. They don't care and are terrible at customer service. Not even a single call for apology. You deserve to be out of business, and I will make sure to inform the companies I do business with to not do business with you - because you cannot even hold a reservation. YOU ARE THE WORST! HARLEY JOHNSON never returned my call.

What company who is expecting to be successful on a Saturday thinks this is a good idea? Apparently this one... this should probably be a 3* review, but I only had to wait behind one person. The other 4 or 5 people behind me probably won't have anything nice to say about this place.

Second truck made it the mile to my house. We loaded it, then the check engine light came on. Unable to delay our trip with them unloading/ reloading into another truck, we insisted a mechanic come take a look. He looked at it and said the diesel exhaust fluid heater was out. Nothing he could do. Shouldn't be a problem. We took the truck and went 30-35 mph up any hill, for 1800 miles. Texas Penske rep refunded us about 1/3 of rental costs, which saved my relationship with Penske. Do not rent from this store. The worst. The car trailer lighting cord was a mangled mess. Wires exposed from being drug by the last renter. When I told them about it they handed me electrical tape. Said just wrap it, it should be fine. The strapping holding the front two tires came loose twice during our trip, damaging the front splitter on my wife's 80k car. Normally, I may read that and think it's the renters responsibility to secure the car (true). But I'm a 25 years of experience construction co owner. I strap things down for a living. Their equipment was/ is junk, at pick up. The roll of electrical tape had me thinking that, but we had a house purchase closing to make. Had to go. We, the renters, shouldn't have to distinguish between junk/ faulty equipment and decent. Again, I'd do business with Penske again. Overall, the company gets 4 stars. Save yourself time, money and hassle by avoiding Everett Penske at all cost.
