It's all too much. I have rented here before but this was by far an easy experience. I reserved…read moreonline and was surprised I did not have to go to the office to get moved in. I got a good price for the type of unit I wanted but was not communicated the space number. I figured I would go to the office and deal with someone the next day but would lock in the online price. I was surprised to get a text early on my move in date with my gate code and access codes. In a separate email I got the unit number and instructions on how to open the rolling door in case this was your first storage excursion. I was charged online for the first month rent and for a lock. You are automatically comp'd 30 days in insurance. My skeptical nature had low expectations but after using the access code to get into my building I found the lock and keys waiting inside the unit. Ready to go even before the office opened. Wow! This has changed my impression of the hassle I had on my previous experience. A couple things to keep in mind. Unless you go in with proof of insurance they will keep charging you 9.99 a month for Orange door insurance. They raise rents and move you up to a more expensive unit charge on a regular basis so this is best for a short term storage solution.

They have now raised our rates twice in less than a year by more than 50%. Now we get notice that…read morewe will have to move out by the end of the month for "improvements". They post all of these rules and then don't enforce them (no junk cars, one vehicle per space). Neighboring spaces park on or over the line. Space markers are plastic chain that gets moved or broken away. When informed the office does nothing to correct them problem making it very difficult and time consuming to try and park our trailer. The office is vacant more than half of the time. There are better storage places. Don't store here!

I wanted to do this because I still had about 20% of propane in the tank but the pressure was too low for my BBQ grill and my stove burners. I parked by the propane tank. It's that phallic looking tank right as you enter the driveway. There's a button to press to ring an attendant. They will refill your tank and you pay with your credit card on the attendant's cell phone. It had a credit card processing app. For two tanks, it cost me $31. It would have cost me $50 at Home Depot. The process was very easy. See my pictures.
