I've been coming here almost on a weekly basis with some coworkers (they pretty much live there) to grab a beer after work. Love that it's dog friendly so we'll bring our dogs every once in a while too (they don't mind if you have them indoors as long as you have them on a leash). The first time I went there though I was really confused because I came a little late and everyone was just sitting there with their beers. I asked if they already ordered food (or were they waiting for me..?) but they just stared back at me and said no because they don't serve food there. It was 6pm on a Wednesday. It was like they didn't know what dinner was! Anyways, QDOBA Mexican Eats is right next door and I am ALWAYS down for Mexican food so if I'm hungry I'll just buy that and bring it over. They don't mind if you bring in food :) On Fridays they'll sometimes have food trucks parked in front too so that's pretty cool. Crucible hosts special beers from different breweries sometimes too and will have raffles to win prizes from those places. I personally won a growler once! They also do game nights and other events sometimes too which is pretty cool. Btw, I'm a big fan of their twice tempered IPA. It is stronger in alcohol though so they'll serve that in a fancy 16 oz cup instead of the 18 oz glasses :) read more

I don't drink so I haven't had an excuse to come here, until Los Tamales showed up. That's a review all it's own. I like Crucible though. It's a casual, down to earth brewery just off Everett Mall Way by Trader Joe's. Easy to get to, lots of parking. Place was clean and you seat yourself. I enjoyed the music, it was good rock n roll and not too loud. Service was fast and friendly. My man ordered a stout and I had water. I tried a sip of his drink and even though I don't like beer it was alright. I could taste that it was better quality than others. Not too hard on the wallet neither. They also had a cute little snack bar selling chips. We ate our tamales, sipped our drinks and had a good time. We'll be back again, with or without tamales. read more

Highly Recommended! Dick and the other brew masters craft super-tasty IPAs, Stouts, Sours and many other seasonal offerings. They are always playing good rock music and have several Pinball machines for entertainment. Food trucks a few time a week bring delicious grub for a bite. Great brewery with the BEST IPA ever. The pineapple IPA is delish!! Honestly, the best beer I've ever had. The ambience is great! We brought our dogs, who seemed to enjoy the place too. ...and they play some UFC fight on a big screen too. Definitely going back here. Only downer is they don't provide complementary snacks (popcorn, pretzels...etc). All snacks are for purchase only and snacks I didn't care for. And the flight of beers don't have any labels. The bartender just tells you what they are when they hand it to you, but by the time we got to our seats we had forgotten. If you're a male and white (or Caucasian as some of you might prefer) you'll feel right at home. if you're a female and brown - or anything other than light complected the folk here will automatically assume you've no idea what you want even though you've explicitly stated otherwise. Sad thing is even the only female bartender I've encountered here falls in this same category. That being said, good beer is good beer- and the Mexican lager is your only good tasting beer. Just disappointing that human interaction kills the vibe. read more

First time we've been there as we live in the North Spokane area, but can definitely say if we are ever back in the area we will definitely go back! Dog-friendly (leashed) is always a fun plus. Shawn and Angel were funny and helpful! The place is cozy and clean. The flight was unique which we always appreciate and oh yah the beer? YUM!!! My favorite was the Blood Orange Weizen and the hubby's was the Vanilla Porter. They have a good selection of beer styles on tap too. The only downside was that Dick was a bit rude from time-to-time by interrupting Shawn in the middle of several people's ordering and questions about the brew and that their Crowler machine was down...bummer! We came away pleased with swag Abe beer in tow!! read more

This place had some nice brews on tap. I tried the Hop Launcher that was great. Next time try a sampler. The service was fast on Sunday during playoff football. The bartender was helpful on information about the brew house since I had never been there but once my tab was closed I was ignored and the bartender would rather talk to the regulars. Wish they had food at the place but you can bring your own food or order from a food truck on Fridays. Over all was a pretty decent experience read more

Great Beers, great staff and great location! I come here for the Twice Tempered DIPA (previously called the millennium falconer), it is delicious! Only downside is they don't serve food. Great beers, and great guys trying to make a little money doing what they love. The owners are down to earth and genuinely want to get to know each customer. They could maybe use a seasoned bartender for busier nights, but apart of the charm is that the guys that own and brew the beer are also behind the bar. I always try something new that they suggest and I always leave happy. The word is definitely getting out about how great this place is. Props to these guys for getting this place going. I've been here twice now and I like where they're headed. The beers they offer (although limited at this time) are very well done. The layout and decor is relatively simple but gets the job done and really gives off that brewery/taproom feel. All the guys are pretty new at serving so they're a bit clunky at dealing with customers (self-admitted) but it won't take long to get that straightened out. I'm not sure where they ultimately going, whether there's distribution or bottling in the future, but as far as the beer goes, they're on the right track. I noticed this place in the works before they opened and when they did, I never stopped by. Thanks to a friend (who is a club member) suggested we go after dinner. The place was cool. The beer however, was tasty. I ordered their Belgian dubble and it was spot on. I forgot what everyone else ordered but I remember tasting them and they were good too. I love this place. I've been coming in about once a week since shortly after they opened and I've never had a bad experience or a bad beer. The owners and staff are really nice people and make it a very comfortable place to hang out. I'm not the most social person in the world, but I really enjoy the vibe here. They also go out of their way to try to remember everyone's name as quickly as possible, which definitely goes a lot way towards making people comfortable. Also a great place to watch football, they have several nice TVs around the bar in addition to a big projector screen. Long story short, I highly recommend coming here! read more
