Nearly every other month my password for the online portal resets. I have called customer service…read moreCOUNTLESS times - they are nice but always have another excuse or just pass me off to the next team member: "we accidentally have two usernames we generated for you", "clear your cache", "the last password must not have saved". I am never able to reset it myself.. I get error messages. How do you want me to pay my statements on time if I can't access them? And automatic payments do not save? There customer team asks me "For security, we need you to verify what your password is.." "Happily. Which one? You have three logins on your website." I ask this question and I am told "Uhhh for your account ma'am." This is not helpful. If it wouldn't ding my line of credit.. I would've closed this account long ago! I only have one transaction a month I use this for.. and it's a pain to pay it every time. I am in my late 20's, am competent with technology, and do not encounter this issue with any other financial institution.
