I asked for my Okinawa salmon roll but added a twist and they accommodated my request. I asked for 50/50 salmon and Hamachi (yellowtail tuna). For a $2.00 up charge, I was all in. No spicy mayo for me but the eel sauce complimented the sushi very well. Maria was our server this time and what a delightful young lady. Such a nice pleasant smile and welcoming personality. Talked a little more with our Sushi Chef.... Nick. He speaks more English than we thought last time. Very friendly. Again, maybe not next week but we will be back to have sushi at Amimoto's. We weren't able to celebrate Mother's & Girlfriend's Day earlier in May. Yesterday, Wednesday the 27 was our celebration and gift exchange! Vanessa our server was right on par with excellent service for all our ladies. Laishley is such a GEM, over looking Peace River & Charlotte Harbor.
