There are a decent amount of good stores (American Eagle, Soma, Victoria Secret, Sephora, Kendra Scott, Bath & Body Works, Books & Co.) and some okay restaurants (Panera, Chipotle, Cheesecake Factory, The Pub, Coronado Taco), but there is a lot of empty restaurants as well as random stores. The two main nicest restaurants are now gone so you are only left with one higher end steak house. They definitely need to figure out how to revitalize the area. Parking is ample.

She and I both love Bath and Body Works and always made time to pop in there and purchase some favorites. There's nearby restaurants and we always took the grand girls to get their sugar fix at a store in that shares a parking lot with the mall [I don't recall the store name].
