These guys are wonderful and sweet. I had them replace my Google Pixel 3A screen (only a couple days after I got it! sad!), and we suited it up with an Otterbox and tempered glass screen protector. They did it within their standard 2-hr window, and I walked out of there with my phone looking sharp and feeling secure. A few weeks later, I chipped the screen protector (thank goodness I got that), and when I went it to buy a replacement, they did a courtesy replacement of it for no charge as a 1-time favor. I had token an iPad and he definitely convinced me everything was gonna be perfect right after. 3 weeks after I picked up up note I payed 50$ deposit and 50$ when picked it up. The iPad had water damage all over the screen and same as I took it in. When I took it the. Screen was perfect no scratches picked it up it was super scratched he blamed it on trying to fix it. Same iPad I got but worse consitions and I had to wait 3 weeks for nothing. Do not recommend don't go here. He was also noted that they shouldn't have token the repair in, it's not my fault you're workers don't know what they're doing. read more

I couldn't get my laptop to turn on so I took t to uBreakiFix. The exam costed nothing and I learned that my charger was not working. They charged it for me at no cost, recommended I get a charger myself rather than pay them three times the cost to get it from them. I found them very knowledgeable and honest and thank them for their honesty. The new charger cable is on the way. I will definitely use them again should the need arise. read more

I went in this place on June 30, 2020 and ordered a part for my sons ps4. They told me it would take a few weeks. Well a few weeks later I get a call asking if I still need it because they got a new manager things got mixed up and it was never ordered. I reminded them that I had put down their required 50 dollar deposit so yes I still wanted it. I waited. I called a few times. I called today. Still nothing. They blame covid, new management etc. I asked for the corporate number. Only then did this new manager want to talk to me. Please. A little late for that. I called corporate. Turns out the part arrived at the store on the 4 th (a week and a day ago) but they can't find it. I got my money back Do not waste your time with this place read more

Reply to business owner- I have tried calling 3 times. Sat on hold for a minimum of 1hr each time. I work back to back 12 hour shifts, I cannot sit around all day on the phone. *** I sent my device in over two weeks ago. Never received a phone call. Had to call them only to have them tell me that they legally cannot fix my laptop because Google doesn't allow them to do so. They said they'd send my laptop back and never did so. Now I'm seeing on Google that they are temporarily closed and I am out a $1000 laptop. Like seriously where is my laptop? This company has basically ghosted me. read more

Used Asurion insurance to fix phone and a tech was supposed to come fix my phone, after canceling 2 appointments I decided to go to this store on Anderson. Sign on door said they were closed due to a/c and to go to palmer location. Palmer lied and said the repair was sent to cedar park and refused to repair my phone. After going to cedar park we were told palmer store lied cause they just didn't want to do the work. Cedar park store finally fixed my phone after 4 failed attempts. Don't waste your time going to Anderson or palmer locations, worst customer service and Asurion should stop using them. read more

This group is owned by Asurion that does the insurance on ATT phones. We first went to their location early afternoon only to find out that they were too busy to help us and they told us maybe we should try coming back the next day at 10 a.m. So I set it up for them to come to see us through Asurion. They came to the building but apparently are completely unable to use a building and suite number to find an office and left without fixing anything and turned the repair in as complete. So now Asurion wants me to reschedule. I'm dropping ATT and Asurion instead. read more

This place fixed my phone after another messed it up. They were nice and helpful but it is a bit pricey.

Shortly after my initial review, I was contacted by the shop owner and offered fair compensation for my broken phone. Still would have preferred a smooth repair, or at least more immediate compensation, but I feel less cheated by my experience. ------------ I took my Pixel in for a battery replacement and was returned a phone that no longer turns on. My phone had a short battery life, but was otherwise fully functional. I was offered a refund for the repair itself, but the store refused to give me a replacement or compensation for breaking my phone. The store suggested to me (without evidence) that maybe the phone was already close to dying and that replacing the battery simply pushed it over the edge. The fact of the matter is that I brought in a fully working phone and was returned an unusable phone. I would avoid using this shop, if possible. Get your phone serviced directly from Google or Apple instead. read more

(This review is actually for Asurion Home which now owns Ubreakifix.) A slightly cracked screen on my MacBook Pro is still unrepared after more than four months, despite more than SEVENTY-FIVE HOURS spent on the phone and any number of promises and excuses from Asurion. I'm disgusted and have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. The story is too long to recount here, but I am now being told that my computer is "unrepairable," even though Ubreakifix protocols were not followed and a tech with minimal qualification was the only person who had worked on it. It had a tiny crack along the edge of the screen but still worked perfectly until I trusted Ubreakifix to replace the screen and, now, it appears to have been damaged beyond repair. I have been forced to purchase a replacement computer in the interim ($350) and lost $100 as a result of not being able to attend a pre-paid Zoom class, in addition to the $96 Asurion charge, much less six months of payments. Representatives from both companies were nearly all polite and seemed sincerely interested in helping me, but NOBODY HAS! These months have been the most frustrating I have ever experienced in dealing with ANY business in all of my 70 plus years read more

If negative stars were a option I'd be all over that , my buddy was getting his phone repaired here so when he went to pick it up I decided to see if they can get the screen for my iPad cause most places can't . Well even though it's pretty obvious you can't press hard on the screen cause it's super cracked dude puts my iPad back in the case and uses mad pressure and completely kills the lcd ... also they don't even do this version of the iPad ... so now instead of having a working cracked iPad I have a non working cracked iPad ... The reason for me rating one star is because I had made a call yesterday asking my insurance if I could bring a phone in to see if it would be possible to fix it, I just need my screen fixed. They told me yes, then they recommended here and that I don't need to make an appointment. So with that information I took my phone in, mind you I had just gotten off work so 1. I'm tired 2. the drive was 40 minutes. I basically drove 40 minutes just for one of the workers to tell me "We can't take your phone you need to make an appointment or let us know 2 hours before you bring the device in. We're also closing soon". They didn't offer to take the phone, leave it with a note for the opening people saying something like "Can we get this fixed sometime tomorrow when possible" they just told me that and were not helpful. It doesn't take long for a screen change, let alone it's not rocket science to change it yourself. The reason I didn't is because I'm very busy and do not have the time to find the parts and tools and then repair it. Not happy at all with how I was treated by this business and staff. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I only went here because I have a home protection plan thru Asurian and they recommended this place for repairs. Worst place ever. I took my MacBook Pro here a month ago and the estimated 7 day repair for a broken screen. After I hadn't heard from them in 7 days I called them and was told that the replacement screen they ordered was defective and would overnight another one. I called again 3 days later to check the status of my repair and was told it would be ready by end of day. I called the next and was placed on hold for 50 minutes as they looked my device. Long story short , I've been calling 4 weeks in a row for my device and always got someone rude and unprofessional on the phone. I finally reached out to Asurian to deal with it because at this point I was tired of the lies and uncourteous behavior of their staff. Asurian will be sending me a buyout check. Don't go here. I called ahead to ask if they would be comfortable helping me clean my AirPods and fixing a cracked phone screen. Whoever I spoke to was very kind, said yes absolutely & they would just use a toothbrush & alcohol. I drove over and explained I had called earlier, and the guy was extremely rude for no reason. He said he wasn't the one I spoke to on the phone and I can go home and clean my own AirPods. Horrible attitude and condescending comments- yikes. Roughly a month ago my girlfriend took her laptop here to have the battery replaced. After a week and a half or so she called to check in, and found that the employee who was supposed to have ordered the part had quit, and the rest of the shop didn't know whether or not the part had been ordered. already off to a bad start! She called last week and they still had not ordered the part. Told her to call again in five days. She called today; they left her on hold for awhile, then hung up on her. When she finally did get through to them, they said they were working on the machine, but that the battery had still not come in. Why touch the machine at all if the part you need isn't in? She'll be going in in two days to pick up her laptop and take it somewhere else. Absolutely awful service at every step in this process. I'm going to insist that they refund every cent they charged her for this pathetic attempt at a very, very straightforward repair. Don't waste the time or the money. say what you will about the cost of having repairs done through Apple--at least they'll do the damn repair, and at least they have the stones to answer your call. read more
