I had my screen repaired and then my phone would no longer charge immediately after the repair. I brought my phone back to have it looked at and they said the charging port was loose. My phone was fully charged prior to the repair and I never had any problems charging my phone. They didn't do anything to resolve the issue, they just wanted to charge an additional $89 to replace the charging port read more

Had the worst experience with the home plus service. They had my tablet since November & I am still dealing with them now in February. I came in to repair my tablet screen. They tell me the part is in China & will take 6 weeks to arrive. 6 weeks later, no one calls me for an update & they inform me that there was a problem with the delivery and I have to wait longer. I call back a few days later (since no one ever reaches out) & find out something it wrong & have to wait again to find the part somewhere else. Another week or so goes by & I reach out to them (again) & they say they can't find the part. This is now late December/ early January. They now say they can't repair it. The store puts a cannot repair note in my profile & says home plus will contact me in 12-48 hrs. Over 48 hrs later, since no one contacts me, I call & they say the choice is replace or cash value, I opted for replacement. Home plus puts in the request now I have to wait another 3-5 days to hear back. 5 days later no one calls me so I call and they give me an amount for value again I say replacement. Now I am directed to another department. Another week goes by & I call (again) & they tell me no replacement is available. I have no choice but to take the monetary value. During this entire ordeal they probably reached out to me maybe twice. I 100% regret using them & will never use them again. 1 more thing I was informed they will back up my tablet info for me. The next person I speak to tells me the tablet has been disposed of & was not backed up & I was told the wrong info. read more

At the advice of Verizon I went to ubreakifix for a new phone battery. They said it would be $75.00 I turned to walk out and they said there was a $25.00 discount through Asurion. I got the new battery and paid $50.00. An hour later I got a charge on my card of $25.00 from Asurion. I went back to the store and they said it was part of the battery replacement. Now I get bills for $25.00 from Asurion every month even though I never signed up for or had any contact with them. I have been to the store several time to try to get it canceled and tried through their website and by phone with no luck. They get your card number and just keep billing you and make it impossible to cancel. Total scam. read more

LOVE THESE GUYS!!! I brought my ASUS ROG laptop in that I had spilled Twisted Tea on and all the keys were sticky and crunchy. I tried to fix it myself but no amount of rubbing alcohol could fix it. I even bought the replacement keyboard since I work from home I need my laptop daily. The tech who fixed my laptop was AWESOME! He called me let me know that it was the wrong part since the ribbons under didn't line up even though the keyboard was the same. He took all the keys off and cleaned everything and replaced the keys with the keyboard I had bought and fixed the keys I broke while trying to clean my keyboard. They have me as a customer for life!! Definitely recommend them to anyone. Don't go anywhere else, something breaks take it to these guys. Their prices are very reasonable too! My actual cost ended up being about half of what they originally quoted me. 10/10! Great customer service and excellent work! Thank you so much you guys!! You are the best! read more

Awesome customer service, great product. Would get five stars but for this reason- found them on Google, entered my issue, got a quote for a$139 repair. Showed up and it cost more than $340, and wouldn't honor the original quote or budge on price. Tough pill to swallow and I will probably return if I need repairs in the future but will look around first. read more

I know how difficult repairs to a small & delicate device can be, so I had resisted phones with non-removable batteries for years. When I got my first iPhone, I traded it in without having the battery replaced... but my current iPhone is almost 3 years old and needed a battery that holds a charge better. My 5 year old iPad also needed a battery desperately. With some temerity I took the plunge and had new batteries replaced for both devices. The iPhone took about an hour, the iPad was ready the following day (apparently the glue has to set for a longer time). Both were a success and now neither device is tethered to a charging cable so much of the time. These guys are great at what they do, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing smartphone or tablet repairs!! read more

I took my PS4 Pro for a diagnostic. I was told it would be ready within the next couple of hours. After 4 hours I called and I was told it would take 3-4 days. So I waited and was called and told they were unable to fix it due to the CPU. I took in my PS4 Pro due it it getting hot and the fan making too much noise. I took it home, connected it and tried to play a game. 30 seconds in I get a message saying the device is too hot and then it shuts down. Tried again in 3 hours and the same issue. I called the store and Steven said he had notes that stating they changed the thermal paste and the device was beating repair. I didn't have this issue before. They said nothing they could do and they had notes stating they did nothing to damage my device and referred me to the help desk. My system was working fine other than fan noise and some heat. Now it's not working at all. Horrible service and unwillingness to actually help. They're go to phrase is "I have notes". Hopefully none of you suffer the same issue. If I had none they were going to ruin my device I wouldn't have taken it in. read more
