They need to change the name to you break I destroy. I dropped off my laptop with the screen already removed but available for testing if needed as well as the fact that the part number was clearly visible on the ribbon cable and should help in finding a new part if that was the problem. When I came to pick up my laptop the screen was now shattered in the corners where a pry bar had been used to try and lift the screen. When I asked about this the lady present stepped into the back room to contact the tech and find out for me. On her return she informed me the screen "needed" to be broken by the tech to find the part number and since there was corrosion they were not liable. I simply pointed to the ribbon cable on the bottom of the screen where the part number was and she simply said "oh" and then apologized. read more

Cracked iPhone screen repair. Even though they were busy my phone was repaired in less than an hour. Very happy with the service.

I'm only giving this place one star for location. However, that's irrelevant since I will never go there again. They made me stand at the counter for 20 minutes while I could here the guy in the back taking several phone calls. When they finally came to the front they didn't even acknowledge my presence the guy threw himself in a chair with his back to me and continued to look at his phone. There was only myself and one other person (who had been helped) in the lobby. Crazy horrible customer service or should I say horrible guy in back, zero customer service. I took my phone here to see why it was not turning on witch was the the charging problem, the guy took my phone xs max that was like almost 2 years old and the guy tok my phone and came back in 5 minutes to tell me we can't fix it and I'm sorry we broke the screen... OMG i was so mad that they did this and did not even offer to help me and replace it was so BAD. This was the first location I went to where the issue got worse after I left. I went to fix a cracked screen and now my front camera doesn't work and the keyboard lags. Easy fix to my iPad Chelsey was prompt polite and provided excellent customer service

I brought my gaming PC in for repairs to this shop and I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did. Also, I was expecting to leave it there for several days for them to either get the parts or find the time to fix it. Trevor was the guy who ended up helping me and he diagnosed the issue immediately, the hard drive was a bit of a lemon from the factory and wasn't working. I couldn't load boot systems etc.. He personally did the work of installing a better hard drive and loading windows onto the new unit. The work was done in about an hour and a half and my PC was running like new again. I paid a very low price for the quality work and left happy. If you have PC issues see this shop and ask for Trevor he's awesome! read more

Please do not waste your time or money going to this store. My girlfriends screen was broken so she took it here and was to get just a replacement screen. Well when they gave the phone back the first time it was glitchy and doing ghost tapping and popping out of the phone itself and she was unable to use it still. She then took it back for a second time to get replaced and when she got it back the second time it was the same issue there was more ghost tapping, lines displayed behind the screen itself, and was popping out of the phone. She then called about this issue again and they stated to take it back. The screen was so flimsy it cracked so upon taking it back to the store again to be replaced they stated they were not able to do anything but never fixed the phone in the first place and wasted time and money. Still trying to get this issue resolved but the store itself is not getting us anywhere. read more

I went in to get a new screen protector. The woman at the counter was very nice. She told me she "could give me the screen protector for free if i signed up for the $30 a month Home protection plus plan." I said no i was not interested i would just purchase the screen protector. She continued upselling the home protection plus plan and i continued to decline. My service was completed very quickly. As i was walking to my car i received a text message stating thank you for purchasing the protection plus plan. I also received an email confirmation stating the same and the details of my visa that would be billed monthly. I immediately returned to store and told her i didn't want to purchase the plan. She said all i had to do was open the email and hit decline. I went back to my car to look for that email, there was no decline option. So i called Assurion directly and spent 10 minutes cancelling the plan, that i stated more than once that i did not want to purchase. When i returned home i logged in to my bank account and saw she had charged my debit card twice, once for the repair and once for the plan. In hindsight she was so chatty it was like a distraction. I tried to call the store, only to be told i "needed to speak to the manager who wouldn't be in until Monday." It was fraud for her to sign me up for something i did not want, and should be illegal for her to charge my card for two transactions! Won't go back! Buyer beware. read more

i don't even know where to start off with this company, whether it's to tell you that they completely broke my phone while "repairing" it or to tell you that they lied to me from the beginning or that it took them three weeks to even admit that they messed up. let's start off with communication. from the beginning they were not communicating, i brought in my iphone 13 pro into the Asurion Happy Valley location on May 11th, i was told that it would be a 4 hour repair. i gave them a number to call when it's done so that i could come and retrieve my phone, it was over 4 hours and i didn't get a call so i called them, they said "i'm sorry, we were having some complications but your phone will be READY to be PICKED UP in an hour" i drove down there within the hour, which the store is about a 30 minute drive from my house one way, i walk in the door and they tell me that they "accidentally ripped out the charging port of my phone so they have to ship it out" and told me that i'd have it back within 48 hours, which would've been May 13th. as you can imagine i was more than frustrated by their lack of care with my own personal property but i understood that sometimes accidents happen, however they could've given me a call to not come down. the manager Edwin reassured me that he'd call me the next day with an update, he didn't so i called the store, the employee there had no idea about the situation and Edwin was conveniently not there, the employee ensured me that he'd call me the next day with an update. they didn't call me, i called them once again, the employee told me that usually it takes a couple business days to get back and wasn't sure why the manager Edwin would tell me it would only take 48 hours. So as you can imagine, i was even more frustrated, keep in mind that i do work and school through my phone so i had nothing. I called almost everyday asking for an update and it was just continuous false promises and lies. it almost seemed as if everyone who works there was on a gag order to not speak about what happened to the phone. by week 2, I had to physically go to the store because they started to lie to me and say that Edwin was not there to speak to me, as i was in the store an employee finally admitted that they messed up the motherboard of my phone, they ripped it out in the process of changing my back glass. the motherboard is the brain of your phone. through constant pestering Edwin said that the district manager Kevin would be taking this case over and that i'd hear from him soon, i never heard from him, ever. it started to feel like they literally stole my phone with the lack of information they could provide me and the fact that they kept saying i'd have it back by this date and continued to not have it back by that date. on May 19th they informed me that my phone was marked as unrepairable and that i was now out of a phone. they offered me a refurbished replacement but i didn't want one, the phone i brought in wasn't even a year old so why would i want a phone that someone else already broke? the second option they offered me was fair market value for my phone which wasn't even enough to pay off the phone that they broke so i ended up paying more money out of pocket by having to pay off my phone and buy a brand new phone then if i never even brought my old phone to Asurion to be repaired. read more
