    I've now had 2 really bad experiences here. The first time wasn't too big of a deal and I decided not to leave a bad review. They were repairing my son's PlayStation. It was supposed to take 4 days and ended up taking 2.5 weeks. The second experience (today) is why I'm leaving this review. My wife's phone has a cracked screen and we have a warranty through Asurion. We filed a claim and Asurion sent a tech from this store to our house to replace the screen. After about 40 mins the tech told us that he couldn't replace the screen and now the phone was stuck in recovery mode. He told us that we have to bring the phone into the store, but they don't have time to look at it today - we have to bring it in tomorrow. We are not available tomorrow since we have to leave out of town for a doctors appointment that is almost 2 hours away. I told them that and they still refused to look at it today. Worst yet, we just found out that the phone will be wiped clean. UBreakiFix broke our phone, deleted everything on it, didn't replace the screen, and don't care because it's no loss to them.

However, on May 15, 2026, you personally texted me stating that you would return my TV within 1-2 weeks and that you intended to make things right. I am posting that message so others can see the timeline for themselves. As of today, more than three weeks after that text and nearly 12 months after you took possession of my TV, I still do not have my TV back and my recent text messages have gone unanswered. You stated in your response that customers would be getting their TVs back soon and that you do not keep customers' TVs. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Despite multiple promises over the past several months, my TV remains in your possession. What has been particularly frustrating is seeing recent reviews from customers whose TVs have apparently been repaired and returned while I continue to wait without updates or communication. I am not questioning that personal hardships may have occurred. I am simply sharing my experience as a customer: my 85" Sony TV has been gone for nearly 12 months, I have paid nearly $500, I still do not have my TV back, and I am currently receiving no responses to my messages. Also, my screen was NOT damaged when he took it. It was a board/light issue. I sincerely hope this matter is resolved, and I will gladly update my review if and when my TV is returned.
