I came at the grooming, waited for 15 minutes as the lady was busy inside with a dog. She comes out, tells me, she already had her other groomer take their lunch. So they couldn't take me in. WTH. While at the location, i called Petco at College Blvd location and they said they could take me in 2 hours later, but the guy eventually said, just to walk-in and they could take me in. I went to that Petco location STRAIGHT from this Vista Way in Oceanside Petco and...guess what. PETCO at the College Blvd, took my pet in for a quick nail trim. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR DOGS HERE. The grooming employees ARE ALL KIND, WELCOMING, FRIENDLY, UNDERSTANDING. THEY DESERVE A RAISE, A PRAISE... I WILL COME BACK HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN.

I did, and they refused to give me any points because they said it was too close to my birthday (the reason they sent me the details of birthday points in an e-mail) They refuse to give me any points unless I give them a copy of my ID or driver's license. They can see how many orders I have made. I find this very petty since the points value is under $5. Their customer service is awful. If they do not want to give birthday points they should not promote it. I have decided to get my worms somewhere else. I might try again in January when my birthday points may be posted.
