Great place for soft ice cream and sundae's. Try a Boston Shake. Unmatched! I also get the homemade ice cream sandwiches to go and stock up the freezer. If you have a favorite flavor, why not stock up? Udderly sells pints of their weekly flavors for only $2 each! They are huge!!! You have to get there soon after the flavor of the week has changed to get the pints, sometimes they have some left, sometimes they sell out. Either way, it is worth a try so you don't have to wait and check the flavor sign every Sunday to see if your fave is back. read more

Part of the Family Reunion hot spots. A Bit disappointed that my milkshake was so thin and watery- that you couldn't really taste the peanut butter. However, mom got a Peanut Butter sundae and that doused that bad boy in peanut butter sauce! it was delicious. Aunt got a cone dipped in cherry chocolate, i think...she looked very happy. I live in NYC and I miss simple ice cream places like this! I got an Arctic Freeze with pb cubs and had them add some marshmallow sauce. It was so good. It was also so much ice cream for about $7, I was able to share with 2 other people. My grandma loves the ice cream sandwiches. Let's start with first my husband orders us our ice cream sundaes, mine a traditional sundae with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream with chocolate sprinkles on top, his chocolate ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream and a cherry. He walks back and I have nuts on mine.. now this is NOT a mistake he would make since neither of us like nuts on our ice cream!! He goes back over and apparently the girl wrote it wrong, so since it was written that the chocolate sundae was without nuts they insisted I had to have chocolate ice cream. Seriously??? You make a mistake and I have to have the wrong thing because of it??? Seriously??? You know you COULD HAVE scraped the whipped cream/nuts/sprinkles off then put on new whipped cream and sprinkles.. but NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Then their chocolate ice cream lacked flavor, Stewarts Shops has better chocolate ice cream (and this is not because I am angry about having chocolate ice cream today.. it really was drab). The whipped cream was separating. All I could think of was Gordon Ramsey saying it broke.. My husband paid $9.00 for these disgusting ice cream sundaes, he ate half of his, I didn't even eat that much. We will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER set foot on your property again.. what a complete waste of money. I should point out that for the cost of whipped cream and sprinkles you lost at least 2 customers.. one who happens to make sure others know about service received, whether that is good or BAD!!! This was my first time this year and I won't be back. The customer in front of me, a party of four, ordered 4 cones, one cone was so poorly made, it was already falling off, and needed to be put in a cup. Both young staff didnt seem to care and handed it to the customer, who was being polite and accepted it. I ordered a baby cone, and it has really shrunk since last year, and the prices have increased. I mentioned to the staff that they should have remade the cone for that customer, and they didn't seem interested, just bad customer service period. They no longer carry wow cow, their substitute is terrible and anything more than a small would not hold up in a cone. Someone needs to pay attention to their business. read more

I am generally a loyal customer of Udderly Delicious, and have been since I was a child. However, I recently tried their "arctic swirl" (a "Blizzard" for all you DQ lovers). It was awful. WAY too much ice cream and not nearly enough candy. The candy was barely present. It felt like more than a pint of ice cream! I appreciate the attempt to give a lot of value for the customer's dollar but they should be aware that they are greatly sacrificing quality in the process. read more

Biggest servings for your money that I've experienced in the area! A small is comparable to a large at most other establishments.

I went here a few weeks ago with my husband and my mother-in-law and debated over writing this review, but in the long run for everyone's SAFETY I think it's worth it. My biggest concern (rude teenagers aside) is their health code. We ordered 3 ice cream cones. 2 of them were soft ice cream, piled high and spilling over. I'll get to that in a minute. The last cone was hard ice cream. I watched the associate that wrote our order down, walk over to the freezer, grab the scoop by the top, not the handle, and proceed to reach into the ice cream tubs with her un-gloved BANDAID COVERED HAND, and pile ice cream onto the cone. When I refused to accept this cone and insisted on another flavor, she refused stating that we didn't have a reason to request a new cone and that it was a waste of ice cream. When the manager came over and I explained the situation, she was highly apologetic and I watched her throw the tub of soiled ice cream away, but this is still unacceptable. We did get a new ice cream cone and full reimbursement which was appreciated, but regardless I cannot bring myself to visit this establishment again. On top of this, the associate insisted that gloves were not something that management offered, but I saw a box of gloves as well as a garbage can next to the freezer. When we got our new ice cream cone, the associate (now with gloves on) handed us our soft ice cream cones, piled high, and tipping over! I asked for a bowl for both items and she said she'd need to charge me for them. At this point I was so infuriated I paid the .50 for the bowls so we didn't waste our $4 ice cream cones. They messed up my item on an order for 5 people and wouldnt correct it. When i politely asked if they could correct it the girl said, "sorry, i read the order back to you." That she did so fast i couldnt follow so i let it go. I told her, "i got your sorry," and i threw out mine and my family and i will not be going back. I used to go frequently with the wife and kids. Used to get ice cream here all of time. But three people I know, myself now included, have gotten violently ill after consuming this ice cream on more than one occasion. if you value quantity over quality, this is your place. i ordered a baby cone and got what would easily be a medium size at another spot. customer after customer walked away with a tower of ice cream, even the kiddies. but what good is a lot of bad ice cream? we sampled coconut and pistachio--the flavors of the week--as well as vanilla; the first two as cones and the second in a float. the taste of all three was mildly sickening and overwhelmingly artificial. i am sure there is milk in there somewhere, but i shudder to think of what else is on the list of ingredients for their "frozen confection" product. udderly scary. read more
