This theatre is conveniently located off the highway and near the KOA Campground. It's a good theater to come to for a deal. We take advantage of their Bargain Tuesday tickets, which are $6.00 per person all day on Tuesdays. It's a nice treat when you want to see a movie in theaters, but don't want to pay an exorbitant ticket price. The theater advertises luxury recliner seating, which is truly just recliners, and ours were unfortunately quite worn. The difficulty with just switching seats is that at the box office, you pick your seat, and it's then reserved and on your ticket. So if you get to the theater and see your seat is tore up and decide to sit in any other seat that's less tore up than "yours", you run the risk of being in someone else's seat when they arrive in the theater. This happened to us. So you either move to another, work it out with the person whose seat you're in, or go back to the box office and tell them to switch your seat. I understand the pros and cons of seat reserving for the theatre, but for the visitor, if you don't know what the state of the seat your picking is in when you're purchasing your ticket, it creates unnecessary hiccups. What we saw was the seats with the best vantage point were the ones tore up the most (AKA, the ones picked all the time to sit in). Aside from the reserved seating conundrum, the theater was good. The screen and sound quality were good, bathrooms were relatively clean, and there were just enough attendants at the concession stand. In all, spending only $6 for a ticket was justified, but spending anymore, I would have felt like I didn't get my money's worth. Not a terrible experience, but nothing extraordinary either. Would we come back for another Bargain Tuesday? Yes, we would. read more

This is my first time here and it will be my last. I came here because of the large immersive screen but I am shocked at the condition of the seats. I'm really surprised any major chain can operate this way it's unbelievable. Please recover or replace these work out seats. Unfortunately, this is not the theater I remember. It has been a few years since I have actually wanted to see a movie but one finally came out and despite the poor ratings for the theater, I chose to come back and try it out. The staff are friendly and welcoming but it looks like no one cleans the place. The carpeting is filthy with food and trash as are the theaters themselves. The recliners would be lovely if they were not falling apart and decorated by those who visited before you. (The wrong materials were chosen for the seats as they are not able to withstand the traffic the theater receives.) Delays and black screen made us wonder if the movie was going to play and fortunately it did eventually. Popcorn and a drink are must when enjoying a movie. The concession stand was nice and prices high as expected (especially bottled drinks). Downside was that as we were eating the popcorn, there were stale pieces that were mixed in. Bathrooms were somewhat clean but obviously only receive as much attention as the rest of the theater--which is not a lot. They are dusty, smeared, and questionable. Sorry to say it but, this is definitely not a theater I wish to revisit any time soon. read more

With all the options for watching movies at home, we don't go out to the big screen like we used to. Still, there is something appealing about the theater experience that keeps places like this alive. A lot has changed from "the old days." I like the big recliners with reserved seating. Lots of room to get comfortable. I get that they are trying to make us feel like we are in our living room and have access to this extra-large screen and a fabulous sound system. The concept is great. This theater, however, is getting a bit run down in appearance. The headrests of the recliners look worn and raggedy. It's a little sketchy laying my head against torn faux leather. I wonder if they ever wipe down the seats. The thought of sweaty legs and dirty hands all over the surface of these shiny seats makes me cringe a bit. Overpriced refreshments as expected, but standard for any movie and they seem to keep the popcorn fresh. Every time we've come in, there's never a big crowd so I wonder if they will continue to survive. Hopefully they'll update things soon. We'll keep dropping in when we need the "Big Screen" fix. read more

Nothing too special. The seats do recline, they are made from pleather so you may sweat and stick to your chair after 2+ hrs. Tuesdays seem to be the days to go if you sign up for their membership card. Basically free popcorn that day. Snacks and drinks are way overpriced as usual. read more

Ok, I've been coming here for years. But not as much the past year with the newer movies at the Mall on Paul Huff. But now they have upgraded this place with great recliner seats. Really no place better to relax and see a movie. The large theater has 100% recliners. Plenty of leg room to get up if you need to without disturbing anyone. One movie in these seats and your hooked. I will be back for any big movie. Btw, Star Wars was great! read more

This theater lets me down every time I visit. There is trash and food under all the seats which makes the theater smell bad. The seats are often sticky and they are old and worn. The sign on the front of the building is missing half of the lights. The bathroom was unusable because it was so dirty. Trash bins overflowing and toilets loose and look as if they have not been cleaned in a week. We management is desperately needed. I keep getting my hopes up for people in Cleveland to take pride in their business but as things are, a trip to Ooltewah or Chattanooga is what I am being forced to do. read more

One of my favorite movie Theatres to go to and see a movie. They built this movie theatre about 10 to 12 years ago. I remember looking at them build it from the Interstate on my way to Chattanooga. A few years later they added a mega screen to it which costs extra. I think they are reasonably priced for tickets as they are cheaper than the Theatres in Chattanooga. I also try to go during the matinees when you can save money on movie tickets. read more

We went to see Transformers and the first ten minutes of the Noovie part was promoting LGQBT! I had my ten year grandchild with me! This is disgusting! This has been our favorite theater since they remodeled years ago to have all recliner seating. The ticket prices and cost of concessions is lower than the other theaters. The rewards program is also a wonderful perk. The last 3 movies we have gone to see we noticed that management is letting things go downhill. They have 4 soda fountains and last time we went (a few weeks ago) and then again today, the ice was not working in ANY of the machines. The theater was packed out - lines out the door - the most crowded we've seen it post-Covid. That's a wonderful thing for UEC but if they don't fix the maintenance issues with the ice and soda fountains people won't come back. Some of the seats in the theaters are also in need of repair. Specifically, the upholstery needs to be repaired or replaced. We still love this theater and prefer it over the other choices. Hoping management will see this review and get these issues taken care of, especially the lack of ice during the summer months! Flat, warm soda is not ok. read more

Decided to check out this theater after several recommendations. I got to admit it was well worth it! The theater is no further away from me than the ones I usually go to. It is not crowded at all. Then there's the real drawl. The seating is wonderful. Full leather/pleather recliners and arm rests that can go up to create a love seat. I absolutely loved it. On top of it all the place was clean! So one positive is that they fixed the entrance and it is now smooth, but the street is striped with two solid yellow lines meaning you normally are not supposed to make a left turn into the parking lot across them. The lot entrance needs to be fixed. We went into the new remodeled theater and it was great with new carpets and the reclining electric easy chairs. Very comfy. Sound and video was great during the movie Hateful Eight. These chairs will be the reason I skip the Carmike theater a block from my house and drive the distance to here. read more

Though there are plenty of theatres near us in Chattanooga, we prefer to patronize this one on the edge of Cleveland. The staff is well-mannered and friendly, the snacks are good and, best of all, they have recliners with well-spaced aisles such that you can fully recline and other patrons still have room to get by with ease! I used to go to this theater a lot. After my last visit this past weekend, I will not darken the door of that place again. I went on July 4th and then on the 5th to see a different movie. On the 4th, the bathrooms were out of paper towels and the floor was very wet. I slipped in the bathroom and almost fell. That theater is always nasty. When I went back the next day, the rotten, snaggle toothed so and so that was supposed to take our money was very rude and inconsiderate. My son and I traveled almost an hour to get there to be treated like that. We left and went to the Bradley Square 12. It is a much nicer theater with better amenities, more comfortable seats, better screens and a much friendlier staff. It was also cleaner. I had never been to the Bradley Square 12 before but that will be my theater of choice from now on. read more

The management of this facility is horrible . We called and they told us a 7:00 movie was $8 but when we arrived they said we were wrong and that it was $12 and that it was only matinee even though they clearly stated on the phone it was a all day sort of deal. The worst part of this whole situation was the manager didn't care one bit and didn't show any concern about the miss communication . He also was speaking very rudely to all of us . It wasn't a bad little place, prices were what one would expect from a movie theater. The best thing was definitely the reclining chairs in the theaters, but it was also a downfall because it seemed like there was a lot less seating. I'm guessing that means if you want to see a popular movie, get there early or wait a couple weeks. My biggest complaint was the walking lights on the steps in the theater. I expected them to dim off a little once the movie started, but they stayed super bright the whole time. I understand people want to see when they're walking down the steps if they have to use the bathroom in the middle of the movie, but did they need to be the brightness of a 60 watt bulb? It kind of took away from the movie experience, especially since I saw The Martian, a movie taking place in space. read more
