This was the first time I've ever been to this theater, and I had a great experience. There were many parking spots to choose from in front. I already bought my ticket online before coming which made it easier. They have a couple kiosks in front to buy or scan tickets, and to buy any extra things like snacks and drinks. The lobby was pretty small in front but it had everything it needed. The seats are very nice! I can't remember when's the last time I've been to a movie theater with nice recliners. You can recline it pretty far back and there's still enough space for people to pass by your seat. The seats were so spacious and comfy, I loved it. And even though I was reclined a little, I still had a great view of the screen. Service was great, they were fast, friendly, and helpful too. I haven't been to this theater since it got a makeover. The changes are nice with the reclining chairs. We purchased our tickets online and then you scan them at the front and a ticket prints off. We had trouble with the first kiosk but we moved to a different one and it worked well. We ordered our concessions there too so when we got to the concession line and showed the ticket it was ready right away. The theater is nice the reclining seats can lay almost full back and there is still space for people to walk past without having to move your position. Nice size screen and sound quality. read more

My wife and I came for Valentine's Day to watch Madame Web. When we walked in, I expected someone to approve our tickets as we walked in but no one asked for them. That's disappointing. I paid tickets and I easily could've seen the movie for free. That's pretty much the only downside. Many folks would see that as a win though! ; ) Small theatre but nice enough. Where they shine is their food and beverage. We bought a regular popcorn and it tasted incredible - some of the best movie popcorn I've had. Plus, they sell Cheetos and Flaming Hot Cheetos popcorn. 'Nuff said. They have a bar on the right of the concessions. Incredible spirit selection. Apparently, a frozen Crown Royal was available. That's dope! For our order, I got the Peach Whiskey Smash and my wife got a Raspberry LITC and they both tasted so great. Our bartender was knowledgeable of the drink menu and very personable, but it took about 10 minutes to get our drinks. That's technically another downside but the drinks were worth the wait! The customer service was lacking on the entire experience. We arrived at the theater and were not greeted as they have no one watching the door. You can easily just walk in and go watch a movie for free it seems. After receiving our tickets from a little automated kiosk we proceeded to go to the concession stand to get snacks and a drink. The employee there acted like he didn't want to be at work. I placed my order and after every item we requested he sighed and said "what else?". The popcorn was had multiple stale pieces throughout the bag as well. The seats are amazing however the sound on the movie was almost drowned out by the next theater room over. The best place to see a movie in Chattanooga! After the refurbishment two years ago, this theatre has added reclining lounge chairs with reserved seating, a bar, and an updated snack bar. Regal put a lot of money into new screens and a state of the art sound system. Ticket prices remain reasonable, considering $15+ prices in major metropolitan areas. read more

I love the ability to purchase our tickets and pick out our seats a head of time. Don't worry about those jerks who sit right in front of you in a near empty theatre because with the reclining seats, there is plenty of room and your view is never really obscured. Big upgrade late last year. Gone are the low cost cheap movies and in with comfort. Electric recliner chairs, well spaced and you pick your seats at check-in. They have some large theaters here for big releases and smaller rooms for others. Any review on here before the summer of 2015 will be before the upgrade in seating so are not relevant anymore. One big addition is "Beer". You can order a beer at the bar when you come in and take to your seat. Plus they have a decent selection of beers. If you like sitting back in a recliner watching a good movie then this might be the best spot in Chattanooga now. Fully reclined you can still easily walk down the row or isle without any issue. Most are like love seats in pairs so you can raise the center divider. read more

I am going to start coming here more as the prices are very reasonable. Most days the tickets are about $3.75. But on Wednesdays the prices drop even lower. Movies that start early in the day are only $1. At 7pm they go up to $2. It's located near Hamilton Place mall and can be seen from the Interstate. I feel like they try to make money by selling soft drinks and pop corn. I recommend eating just before you come here to enjoy a movie at a great price. read more

This is the strangest theater experience I have ever had. I was in town for business and took myself to see a movie to give myself something to do. At first glance, the theater looks like a great place from the outside. Once I got into the theater of the movie I was here to see I found that all the seats were all on ground level. Which I find to be a little strange. There are no seats on risers. The seats are recliner seats but the 2 seats on each side of me are destroyed!!! And that is putting it lightly. Ok. I do love the reclining seats and that your seat is reserved. My girlfriends and I come here for GNO and we love getting to sit all together and not worrying about finding seats together. I still have the same opinion about the refreshments and why can't they bring your stuff to you in the theater, but the costs are so high and there aren't any great choices in sodas, so I just skip the concessions. The only diet option is diet coke, and i just don't drink that. I'd like a clear diet soda, ie, sprite zero, fresca, etc. The choices are too limited. But overall, it's a great place to see a movie. Love this theater. The seats are fantastic and the theater is clean. Never had an issue until recently when the movie kept skipping, like the dvd was scratched. It did it all through the movie, and especially during the best action scene in the film. Many people were complaining after the movie, but the employees just said that they knew there was a problem, but they couldn't do anything about it. I'm disappointed how I was treated by an employee. I was patiently in line awaiting my turn at the concession stand. Needed to process my ticket at the concession stand. I was clearly next in line. An Employee waved another person, who was clearly behind me and serviced him before me. Now, if there was some reason why she chose to do this, she could've told me opposed to having me stand there feeling undervalued. What a Mickey Mouse theater!! One inexperienced guy behind the bar, that had never mixed a drink and was having to read directions on every drink. No one would come and give him any backup. My family and I are always warmly greeted upon arrival. Every aspect fantastic. Join the rewards club and download the app. So clean. So courteous. Online and phone customer service is beautiful! This place is kept clean by staff that seem to appreciate their place of work. The serve hot food and have a bar with mixed drinks and beer on tap. The cool bathrooms connect both left and right hallways and also promote being green by having hand dryers so you don't have to cut down trees to dry your hands. This theater was Completely remodeled recently and has clean leather electric reclining seats that are clearly marked so you can enjoy your reserved seating. The smaller theaters still have plenty of room for other guests to walk by without you having to move even fully reclined. Snacks at concessions are fresh and reasonably priced. read more

My favorite theatre in town. The seats are really really comfortable and recline all the way back with foot rests, they serve alcohol (exorbitant prices and 3 drink limit is the downside of that) and they always have a great range of films to choose from. Love it. I also like that the volume control seems to be great and the seat rows are very far apart so you don't have to worry about having to struggle to squeeze past people. Oh, and the bathrooms are always clean. Expect to pay around $6-$7 for bottles of beer, $10 for 22oz drafts, and mixed drinks for roundabout $11. Ouch. read more

When buying a ticket, you do have to reserve a specific seat for yourself. Got to movie early. Bought ticket. Was told by ticket taker to go into theatre. 5 minutes of credits was rolling from previous movie. Spent 13 dollars on a ticket another 15 on over priced concessions. Manager lady came to verify my ticket makes sense as was quite early. Showed her ticket and explained what happened. She went off about me sneaking into movies and harrassed me quite thoroughly. I understand covid is making tje service industry hard. Everything is really pretty good overall. Nice roomy reclining seats in every theatre. Nice little bar in the lobby for pre-movie drinks. One way it could be better is if the bar would take orders and serve in the theatres, but they'd need side tables, and...nah. But about those cocktails...yeah where's the value in $13.xx (after liquor tax?) ice-filled cups? My advice: just get a 20-ounce beer until they half those ridiculous cocktail prices. read more

Ok this is the only Regal cinemas theater in Chattanooga and until recently (couple years maybe?) it was the $2.50 movie theater. Well, they completely remodeled the theater and it is awesome! It is still relatively small, but every theater has reclining leather seats (so comfortable) and you get to pick your seat. The screens are very nice and everything was clean including the restrooms. The staff was nice and it was very busy (I went to Beauty and the Beast, every showing was sold out). Because of seats the price point was a little higher, but honestly not much. I think $8.45 for the matinee. I only bought a soft drink, but they have the normal candy and popcorn and a fell menu with beer and wine selections! Who doesn't love that these days? If you are going to a popular movie on a weekend I would highly recommend getting there early or buying your tickets online because it will fill up and you have to pick exactly where you want to sit. Very impressed with this theater and I would choose to go here over all the other theaters in Chattanooga. read more

Worst experience by far if I could leave less than a star I would. So me and a group of four come to regal cinamas Hamilton place to watch game night. The movie was supposed to start at 10 pm. We arrived on the dot. We waited at the front abnormally long then I'm assuming the manager (guy in suit) came to the front after we had seen many worker walk past and ignore us as they held conversation.Our tickets printed off we grabbed some snacks checked the ticket for the correct auditorium. It was labeled 6 from what it appeared we get in there sit down and we noticed that the previews were still playing. Which wasn't a shock considering the time we had arrived. Anyway previews go by quite awhile then I was getting concerned. So I take a quick peek of at our tickets again I see it labeled 6. But under these circumstances it didn't feel right. I then proceed to go out of the theater to ask for assistance, only to be not assisted while the employees stand around and talk to each other ignoring my presence. Rude! Then after asking politely what is wrong with our tickets or why they were mis printed they proceed to tell me that this is been happening a lot lately?!? That actually is a misprint of the number 5 but since the tickets is cut and misprinted a certain way it appears as a 6. The time was now 10:37 thirty minutes passed our movie time. I then proceed to grab my friends get our things and then proceed to ask for a further explanation.... and nothing? Now I just paid for a movie I am now 45 minutes late for? And the the chit chatty manager did nothing but talk to his employees and cut up! He then proceeded to tell me that he remembered telling us that he said theater 5 Ha! No excuse for this poor customer service. No offer to refund and return to a further movie date, nothing. read more

This is Chattanooga's BEST multiplex hands-down. There's a lot to recommend this theater to more mainstream movie-goers as well as classic film fans. The lobby offers both 'real' food (not just popcorn & candy) at a reasonable price in addition to alcohol at a bar in the lobby. The seating is reserved, and you get to pick your seat when you buy your ticket. The chairs are big, cushy recliners with all the extras (cup holders, etc.) and a great sound system, to boot! I had a Mediterranean pizza and a craft beer and managed to see a great film (the re-issue of SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER was the flick) and a good meal without breaking the bank. Whew, this brings you back a decade or two. Nestled in a lonely corner on the outer road of Hamilton Place Mall, this cinema could be easily forgotten. Price: $3.75 makes movies affordable. Movies: These are older movies that have left the main theater. This is the modern day version of the 1990s/early 2000s - $1 theater. Screens are still large and the picture is good. Recently watching a movie a 2nd time, there was a slight scratch in the movie, most likely the wear and tear from the movie playing in main theaters before coming here. Seats are probably the original ones as the armrest are immovable and the armrest feel abnormally high as I slouched in my seat. Cleanliness: Staff here is dedicated and care for this theater like any other. They greet patrons, clean up, keep the restroom clean. Carpet is pretty clean and well maintained. read more

My husband and I had a amazing experience at this theater. I am in a wheelchair and the theater is set up so handicap access is the back seats which is amazing for my neck, since I don't have to sit in the immediate front. The handicap area is also amazing and better then other theaters I've been to. The arm rest lifts so I can transfer to a normal recliner like everyone else!
