They are nice, just so you get enroll into their programs, but after you have been enrolled, they don't like to have a conversation with you they don't even like to see you. save your money, PLEASE DO NOT COME to this school, they charge too much, and it's not worth the education. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because My instructor Mr. Vasquez was such an amazing teacher! I couldn't wait to go to class every single day!He really made his students want to learn more! Unfortunately, now that I've completed the course with a 3.6 GPA the school refuses to give me my diploma or any type of proof that I've completed because I owe them money! It's a catch 22! I'm a MA graduate from 2024. Please find a Better school. I always had honor roll and perfect attendance even finished externship and still cant find a job. They send multiple students from our school to the same Dr. offices to get interviewed so it'll lowers your chance of getting hired. when it was time to get my tassels for graduation they told me I didnt have perfect attendance but why was I constantly getting perfect attendance awards? Also I wasn't even on the graduation paper for 2024 because ''I didn't pay my school bill on time" when I had payed it the next following day. Do you know how ridiculous that sounds ? when I already paid all the way up to this point. They're on it when it comes to you paying them back but it's been months since I received my diploma. I even had to buy my transcripts to take my cma exam because I had no proof of finishing. Mind you I been consistently emailing Ms Rosa about my diploma because they never got back to me. Dont pay a lot of money for android tablets , broken EKG machines and teachers that are to busy in there personal that don't teach correctly. This is the worst school to possibly go to all they care about is money. I enrolled to the HVAC program thinking they would change my life but no instructors hardly give you hands on training, they won't teach you the real stuff you need in the field, they give you basic hand tools when you actually need power drills to be in the actual field, they make excuses up when you report about the instructors not really teaching, just a very unprofessional school I would not recommend this to anyone! I like the instructors that I had, my general experience was good. But this is a waste of money. You can get the same education for free at Job Corps as long as you're low income and between the ages of 16-24. The career services department does NOTHING to help you find employment afterwards. I repeat, NOTHING. This school put me into a large amount of debt with nothing to show for it except a piece of paper. I never got a job in the field that I studied (medical assisting), not for a lack of trying. And over a decade later they are still claiming that I owe them just under $200. I'm a student who graduated (hvac) April 2 2023 I haven't missed a payment or anything since I enrolled. I didn't receive any of my tools nor my certifications. They told me they didn't have tools and that they lost my certifications. I asked for a receipt, ETA or some type of confirmation that the tools and certification were ordered and they couldn't provide me with that either. Went here for medical assistant and in the beginning it was nice and easy and I was learning and reviewing a lot for hands on training and then the last month was with a different instructor and my good experience went down to horrible, had to reach myself in the last module and was probably one of the tougher modules and no lecture or hands on training. And when I went to go do my externship, the career service lady had no help and no response to me with finding a place. I had to find a place on my own and go out of my way to do something that was promised by the school. I would definitely do all the research before deciding the school and or other options. read more

They really only care about you when you enroll after that it is all down hill, I paid cash and they're pushing me about having issues with loans that I didn't even apply for. You don't learn anything but vitals and injections the whole 9 months and even if you apply for a good extern site two months before they place you last minute in a trashy one. Don't waste your money. They don't have tutoring so your on your own. No one who was checking you in at the beginning offers you help after being enrolled or anything. I inquired here regarding the MA program Years ago as I wanted to get my foot in the door in the medical field. Anyone considering these for profit schools please hear me out. It is Not worth it. I'm So glad I decided to go with my gut and go to a community college instead. I still get calls from them till this day to see if I'm still interested. So annoying. I'm now an RN and again hear me out. They will try and tell you that they'll find you great jobs as an MA OR RDA. The market is Not what it used to be. These jobs pay MINIMUM wage and are extremely over saturated. I ended up paying $5,000 for my RN at Chaffey! Please do your research. If you're considering a job in the medical or dental field go with RN, registered dental hygienist, X-Ray tech, or Respiratory Therapy. Try to get in at a community college instead. The teachers are amazing; but my biggest complaint is career services! Good luck getting any help during your last module or trying to find an extern site! Career services is very rude and doesn't care about their students. I had to personally find my own job site. You are promised that career services will follow up with you during externship; complete bullshit! Good luck getting your phone calls answered. I would have to drive back to the school to get any help, you'll find them at their desk but not answering calls or helping students. I'm a newly graduate from UEI that majored in (HVAC) And I would honestly be lying if I said I wasn't scared to enroll in school. I was scared mainly because I wasn't confident enough in myself to want to go through the process of signing up for Financial Aid, seeing if I qualify for grants and loans, and finding a job after graduation . I can truly say that One of the greatest qualities that UEI has to offer is their attention to making you feel like you're not alone.. Since day one the staff at UEI College has walked me through every step necessary to get me what I need (tablet, Uniform, and tools) and to get me where I need to be. Everyone from the Financial Aid Department, Career Services (S\O my girl Mia De la Cruz), etc, has all exceeded my expectations. I'm now working in the field after only a couple months of being graduated and I owe it all to my people at UEI College! read more
