The security guard let certain amounts of people i guess like 3 or 4 people at a time then it was my turn and i saw alot of people come out yet the security guard didnt let us in!! Came here on a Sunday afternoon. I wasn't really looking for anything but then saw the UGG Butte on sale. I've been waiting for a specific color to go on sale for years but only the funky colors go on sale. Aiden, one of the associates, asked if I needed any help and asked if the store had my size in the color brown. Unfortunately the store only had half a size higher in brown and my actual size in black. He was really nice and not overbearing. I thought "why not try both them on?". The brown ones were a smidge uncomfortable as I expected. The black ones were more comfortable. I ended up grabbing a pair of the black ones. Even though the brown boots looked better imo, I was still plenty happy with what I walked out with. Great experience, Aiden was very helpful in helping me get what I needed. The other associates were also very nice. I will definitely check in again with this store in a couple of months to see if they have my size in brown next time. read more

This is the worst UGG store I have ever visited. First of all, the staff does not help with choosing shoes. No one consults customers, and there are no price tags on the shoes, which makes shopping extremely inconvenient. Secondly, their return policy is absolutely outrageous. I bought a pair of shoes, but the size didn't fit, so I came back four hours later to exchange them. They told me they didn't have the right size. I asked to make a return, but they said the return was not possible because their return system supposedly wasn't working that day. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, they suddenly "miraculously" found the correct size. However, they still processed the exchange for the correct size with an additional fee. Such treatment of customers is completely unacceptable. If I hadn't insisted, they wouldn't have even bothered to look for the size. This is shocking and disrespectful behavior. Oh where do I start! Let's start at the door where you have to wait in a line as if you're entering an amusement park . I only visited this location to return some boots I ordered online for my daughter for Xmas she needed a bigger size. So once we passed the TSA security line and entered the store. We entered and not once was asked if we needed assistance did I mention I am African American woman. Okay everyone else was being helped and asked their business to be handled. So being I was overlooked, I stated I am here for a return and the lady who seems to like just walking back and forth proceeded to ask questions to people in line but no help. Now, I have found the pair we need in a bigger size. After comparing the boot in store to the one online I bought, the quality of the boot in store was much cheaper quality than the online. I asked a representative why the difference, he really sat there and told me no they are the same, he was hoping I trusted his word even though he had the look of "I don't know how to explain this", on his face. Now, we waited in this line for 1 hour and 45 minutes to do this exchange, only to get to the counter and this dip sh@t of a worker tell me they aren't doing online returns because of something. Now, why is it I had to wait 1 hr and 45 minutes in a line to get up here to hear that? I was immediateLy weLcomed upon my entrance and was advised to approach any saLes associate if I needed any heLp or if I had any questions. From the moment I waLked in untiL the moment I Left, the empLoyees that I encountered were extremeLy patient and not once did I feeL rushed. I found the pair of UGGs I have been wanting and Hiram offered to check the back for my size since they didn't have it avaiLabLe on the saLesfLoor. He came out empty handed and since I was so bummed, he offered to go back to check again since there was a shipment fuLL of boxes that have not yet been opened. Fast forward: the poor guy came out in a Light weight sweat and I knew he had put in work. Hiram came out with a box in my size but unfortunateLy it wasn't in the coLor I was Looking for. He proceeded to offer me an aLternative but after taking a Look at it, I was quick to shoot that idea down. I would give 0 stars if I could , Literally the worst store I have ever step foot in! The store manager by the name of Kevin was racially profiling every African American customer! Even questioned me of stealing, straight up asking me. "Are you stealing?" Looking inside of my bags when I just walked into the store. And he only pays attention to colored people! He's very unprofessional! Somebody from my family tried to to a return and item she was African American and he didn't let her cause she lost the receipt and then accused her of trying to return a stolen item and the proceeded to tell her to "BE QUIET" out loud for others to hear! I was profiled for no reason at this store. Went into the Ugg store to do some early Christmas shopping. While weighing my options I came across a pair I thought my mother would like and saw that the size was also used as a display. I opened another box, same size and noticed they were smashed in the box so proceeded to grab another box. Mind you, I put each box back after pulling it out. Kevin, store manager said I couldn't open more than 2 boxes. I would have been fine with the comment if he didn't aggressively charge and take things out of my hand. He continued to treat me like a child even though I was very respectful. When asking what his managers name was he said he is the manager and wouldn't provide me any info for his area leader or support. I still purchased 3 pairs of boots but the embarrassment didn't go away. I was embarrassed in front of my girlfriend and her mother. This is unacceptable and shameful. I bought some classic tall online and for some reason, I stupidly order size 8 when I'm a size 7. I have like 5 pairs already. I called ahead to exchange them for my usual size 7 and spoke to a female manager and she told me I had no problem as long as I bring my proof of purchase. Well I went to exchange and was told no. It was impossible and I would have to wait two days for the online to ship. Well Jessie the supervisor in charge was able to do the exchange as a no receipt meaning that I could never return them. Thank god to Jessie for the great customer service and solution so I didn't waste my time for going all the way to the great mall and waiting for another two days because I never return anything if it fits! I went to the outlet without an invoice or email for my 2 purchases from ugg online and wanted to return 2 pairs of sneakers that didn't fit well. The gentleman at the counter Thai Pham was AMAZING and so patient with my husband and myself. He spent a good 1hr plus calling customer service and helping us our beyond the call of his duty. Black Friday 2019 I went into this ugg store to look for shoes for my son. He is asleep in his stroller when we walk into the store. The store is basically 1/3 full of people and the security and one of the employee told me that I can not push the stroller inside the store because there is no room inside for a stroller to be in. My son who is asleep in the stroller have to stay on the side of the store entrance while my wife take a look for shoes for my son. So you are telling me that in order for my son to try on their damn shoes, my son have to be awake and run around the store? What kind of store policies is that you can't have a stroller around inside the store? So why don't you just say we can't have you with your stroller inside before we go into your damn store?!?!? With my Mother, UGGs are some of her favorite shoes next to Crocs. In a pinch to get her a quick present, I walked into the UGG store at the Great Mall and was immediately greeted. The friendly female associate was very attentive and made me feel super welcome when I asked her questions about their recent sales on certain shoes. The shop itself is very well kept and displays each shoe beautifully. I appreciate how well kept the overall condition of the store is along with the displays. I don't wear UGGs myself, but I can guarantee you with the deals they had here, it almost made me go out of my way to buy a pair for myself! What's cool is the warm brown hues and how cozy the store feels. It never feels like you're going for a full time show experience, but rather just enjoying and appreciating the selection before you. Their selection isn't large, but enough to appreciate for sure. read more

I was standing in front of the cash register behind another person; both of us were waiting in line. After 10 minutes, an associate spoke to me with incredibly bad attitude and told me that I was standing in the wrong area, and that was not the "correct" place for the line. She then pointed to the "correct" place. When I initially stood in front of the cash register 10 min ago, there was NO DESIGNATED LINE OR SIGN. NEITHER WAS THERE ANYONE STANDING IN THE "CORRECT" SPOT FOR THE LINE. I told her this, and that even though I wasn't in the "correct" spot for the line, I was still there before everyone else. She then gave me a face and told me to get in the designated line, completely ignoring the fact that I was there before everyone else. I did not appreciate this bitchy attitude from the employee. I have worked in retail and that is NOT how you handle a customer. There was a COMPLETE lack of customer service, AND she gave me explicit attitude. A big part of buying shoes (especially expensive ones) is seeing how they look on the person trying them on. The store has stacks of boxes in front of every mirror except one. I had my shopping bag and purse on the floor when I tried on a pair of UGGs, and had to leave it unattended so I could find a mirror. I asked an employee if there was any mirror, and she looks around and points to ONE that doesn't have merchandise in the way. So I had to leave my stuff and walk halfway across the store. Also, having no price tags on any of the boxes is ridiculous. It's annoying to have to ask for the price on everything I'm interested in. I'm sure the employees are annoyed at being asked with all of the people who shop here. The store in general is clean, but the mirrors and price tag issue are why I give it three stars. It's very rare for a retailer to have no price on certain items. It's even more rare for a retailer to have NO prices for almost everything. If the store was busy and employees were busy helping other shoppers, I'm not going to wait to ask for a price. Not going to wait in line to find out either. read more

Omg !!! This store has been hired horrible unprofessional people work for them. I am a loyal client to the brand many years and owned more than 20 paires of boots. I have ordered accidentally a wrong size and did not know until I went to the store to pick them up. The girl helped me out but since I need to do a exchange, she called her manager out to take over the transaction. I have notified the man, who has a title as Store Manager that I have got them online on sale, plus I have extra coupon $20 as reward with my account since I have spent so much this year with them. Please make sure the exchange price is matching with my initial purchase which is 60$ tax included and not 150 before tax. The man said yes, don't worry its should match and you will receive immediately the email confirmation for an exchange same price. However the confirmation came with full price. He didn't apologize for his action, did not take extra step to help but asked me to call the customer service to get it fit myself with attitudes. Omg what kind of customer service is that??? If I could give this store 0 I would. I went there Monday to buy Uggs for my mother and daughter. As I walked in the store with my family the associates looked at us and as I was browsing around for shoes one associate was consistently following me around like I was gonna steal something. Then as I was looking for a certain shoe size and color for my daughter an associate by the name of Jasmine just said no we don't have that color or size. The least thing she could've done was look through the their register computer to see what other stores may have it. The next day I came back to buy another 3 pair of shoes. One associate said we can get the shoes that we are looking for in just a few hours but an associate by the name of Jesse then said no that's impossible. He told us that the only way to get the shoes was online and we can get a guaranteed delivery date of Friday 11/16/18. We paid a $28.00 for the shoes to get here by then but it never arrived. I come to find out through the uggs website that the expedited shipping is actually free due to the holidays and it arrives on 11/16/18. If it's free then why the heck did Jesse charge me $28.00 for the shipping aside from the $440 that we're paying for the shoes. I honestly believe the associates in this store are unprofessional.
