I'll start off with the positives. The breakfast burrito was very delicious, and not soggy at all. The salsa that came on the side was great! There wasn't much of a wait because the staff is quick to clean empty tables and keep the flow going. The beers were delicious as well. However, the server assigned to us paid no attention to us for at least 20 minutes. We thought it'd be easier for everyone by ordering with the QR code. There aren't many food options in this part of the airport, especially early in the morning. The food is about as basic as it gets, but isn't bad. Service is pretty fast, they know people need to get to flights. Every breakfast item is a combination of the same 5 ingredients in different form factors. But it's warm and perfectly edible. Absolutely disappointing spicy chicken sandwich. It was soaked in buffalo sauce and a bunch of mayonnaise. Can't even explain how awful that was. Tried to eat it because I was hungry but I was only able to swallow 3 bites and no more. They typically offer bar food, but my chicken tenders were just below average. I was really hungry coming off a flight so I devoured it. Darn it! The airport location has such potential, afterall the beer is good. However, service stinks since you tip when you order and the food is worse. The pulled pork sandwich could have been so good, nope. Part of the fries were beautiful, fresh, and tasty like they should be. AO - first the wait staff and bartender was great. Very helpful and prompt with my drink (Beer). Now to the food - I had the fish and chips and the best part of the meal was the ketchup. I knew I was in trouble when it came out in ~3 mins, the "fish" looked more like fish sticks than hat you expect fish and chips to look like. Alright but how did it taste welp the breading could have used more salt, which was surprising, and the fish was way overcooked and stuck to the breading. Fries and tarter were good. The only reason I give it above a 1 is because it's an airport so I'm not expecting gourmet but a little more effort would have been nice. I called over the waitress and let her know but she brushed it off like it was something that always happens (she mentioned little bugs fly around all the time, expect this was ON my plate). Horrible service. A bartender with a Mohawk hair cut saw me sit at the bar and totally ignored me. He would rather wash glasses than to acknowledge me. He made sure everyone had refills and continued to wash glasses. Remember he looked directly at me a few times. I finally asked him if he could get me a beer and he stated "can you be more specific", not the usual sure what beer would you like. I asked him if something about me bothered him because he was going out of his way (he's job) to ignore me. His hands started to shake which to me showed he knew he has been called out. This place was terrible. Being in an airport you would think a place like a brewery would have their stuff figured out, but sadly this is not the case with Uinta Brewing. Sat down and their menu consisted of two burgers, and two appetizers. We ordered three beers and it took 25 minutes to get those. We placed our order online which is usually just fine for me, but their online menu layout is a disaster. To add confusion, we heard servers taking orders from other tables and then telling other tables, including our own that we had to order online. They have you put in a card before you order and if you don't order anything in 20 minutes they close out your tab and add a 20% tip except there's no way to close out your tab until they send you a text 10 minutes before it closes automatically. So if you're not looking at your phone in those 10 minutes you are forced to pay a 20% tip which given their terrible service is not deserved what so ever. Our server came to drop off water and then we were ignored the rest of the time. Our drinks got there and even then our server simply dropped off the drinks and left without saying a word. By then we were done with this establishment . Very SAD and disappointing experience. Go to Wasatch brewing on the other end of terminal for much better food and service. read more

I'd recommend this place but wouldn't be my first choice if there were many other options. My gate was closest to this place so I decided to eat here. Other items they had were pulled pork sandwich, bacon burger, and breakfast burritos. I would eat here again but I don't believe it deserves a 5 star. If you want something quick and reliable then come here. If you're looking for a unique menu with many options then I wouldn't eat here. We'd hoped to stop in for a quick pre-flight meal, but ended up only getting a good serving of frustration and disappointment. I've done my fair share of traveling and airport dinning and I wasn't so impressed with this establishment. For starters, the line was annoyingly long, so long it was creating chaos amongst other travelers just trying to get to their gates. Uinta lacked organization for those waiting to be seated that could have easily been avoided. For example, chairs along the side of the restaurant while you wait, a rope the stretches longer than two people that again goes along the side of the restaurant. Even floor stickers that map some sort of line structure... Anyways, after waiting in a line that seemed as crazy as a Black Friday line to enter Kate Spade, we were sat at a table. There's an ideal amount of TVs up for sports, only along one wall though... We split an order of the chicken tenders and fries with a side of ranch. Fries were good, the ranch was pretty good as well, chicken tenders were as good as store bought ones you make at home. The beer selection was on point at least. The staff was very kind but also overwhelmed with the amount of people. We had to ask more than twice for table settings. Not sure I would dine here again for food, but maybe for a drink I would.
