Received a coupon for a hair cut and style on the mail 30 bucks so I figured why not. I'm always sceptical about going to a chain to get my hair done. But boy was I wrong. Paskalini, the salon manager, took care of me. She did a PHENOMENAL job. She cut it perfectly and the blow out is great. I have a hard time finding a salon that can actually do a decent blow out. I made an appt for color in the end of August w her. I def recommend this salon and to ask for her. I will not be paying an over priced stand alone salon ever again. read more

Do not get your brows done by Shannon. She ruined the shape of my eyebrows and I had been working on the shape of them them for over a year and they were at its best shape. I am visiting from Florida and needed to get them done for an event. I had a perfect arch in my brow and she waxed straight across and ruined the shape. Also trimmed the top incorrectly and now I'm at home trying to figure out what to do them. I am extremely upset as for my brows are my favorite party of my facial features. The photo with the colorful background is how my brows normally come out. Although my brows aren't filled in the other photos you can tell that the shape has been completely lost and there are spaces in my brow that are usually not there even without filling then. Now when I am attempting to fill my brows, I need to make them thick to make up for the mistakes. While she was very sweet and gave advice on what will help make my eyebrows grow, it still didn't change the fact that I can't get them back the way I had them. read more

I am writing a review about the Hair Salon. I have had keratin done many, many times, usually upwards of $250-300. I stumbled upon their salon while asking one of the stylists for a shampoo recommendation. I had a keratin appt scheduled elsewhere and then happened to ask about what products they use/pricing. After speaking to the stylist, Gina, who in no way pressured me but was very honest, I decided to switch my keratin appointment to Ulta. The keratin was $169+ $40 haircut and then total 20% off for my first time. They use Keratin Complex products (great and reliable and the same as many name brand salons). I have to say that over a month now, my keratin is still perfect. Gina was really awesome and did exactly what I asked her to. This kind of treatment can be messed up easily, but Gina was so meticulous and it was obvious she knew what she was doing. Additionally, she was so friendly and very knowledgable about hair products. I had originally planned to also get a toner as well, while unlike many other stylists just trying to make money, she was honest with me and told me I didn't need one and should buy this cheaper shampoo instead to do the job. I really respect stylists who want the best for your hair and aren't just trying to get you to spend excess money. I ended up also getting a haircut to make everything fresh & new and she also did a fabulous cut. Also, she followed up with me days after to make sure my keratin was holding and to ask if I had any questions - so thoughtful and very appreciated! I will 100% be getting my next keratin done with Gina! And I would recommend her to anyone else looking for the same treatment at an outrageously affordable price. Love this place its like a candy store for adults. First off you walk in & its so overwhelming with so many brands of makeup, skincare, hair products, hair tools, perfumes, self tanners, & even drug store over the counter products which I don't care for because I come in for the high end makeup. The staff are very professional & are always helpful. I would love to try the hair salon & get a blowout one of these days even though I'm a professional hairstylist myself. The store is very neat & clean & the staff on the floor are always so helpful. I purchase all my makeup & self tanners from Ulta & would never go anywhere else but I wish they carried Giorgio Armani's Line like the luminous silk foundation & Charlotte Tilbury's products as well. Worst experience ever. I got the $90 facial with microdermabrasion. It was done in 30 mins. Tiffany was my esthetician and started late and ended way before the 60 mins I am entitled too. She was did not massage my face with lotion and remove my blackheads. Basically I paid for a cleanse, microdermabrasion and then quick air brush of who knows what? I have had done facials multiple times at good places but as the reviews said stumbled upon the store while waiting for my order at Chopt and saw the prices and got excited. Waste of money, not a calming facial experience. Who know when was the last time the covers, pillow case or anything was sanitized in there. Even the steam machine was blowing a peculiar smell. Do not go there. And, if you do time yourself, ask them to change the sheets and ask for your complete gentle face and neck massage. And, yes avoid Tiffany! read more

Benefit Brow Bar is the only reason I come to this Ulta! Shannon is the only one I trust with my eyebrows. I usually have thick brows which she cleans and tightens up perfectly, while also being very careful to make sure I am comfortable with what she is doing. She is super helpful and knowledgeable about which products to purchase for maximum benefit. A1 place to get your brows on point, I recommend her to all! read more

I went to Gina and she was amazing! She colored, cut, and blew out my hair. She matched the color for my roots perfectly to the rest of my hair. It looked so fresh and healthy when she was done! Their hair services are a joke. If I could give zero stars I would. I received a coupon in the mail to get 20% off of my first hair salon appointment and conveniently I needed more highlights since my roots were showing so I figured it would be cheaper than going to my hair salon in Scarsdale. I can't describe what a mistake this was. I asked for blonde balayage highlights (which is what I normally get) I've been getting this type of highlight for over two years. After she did my hair and blow dried it my hair was gray and blue. I am not exaggerating or joking in any way. My brown hair was blue and the highlights were gray. I started hysterical crying and she had the nerve to tell me that she made a mistake mixing the hair dye and that the salon was closing in 20 min so I would have to come back tomorrow for her to fix it. I had to go to work the next day with blue and gray hair. I am a teacher so I couldn't hide my hair under a hat for the day. It was horrible. When I went back the next day I spoke to the manager and told her how I needed a refund, and a new person to fix my hair because clearly the woman who did my hair had little to no experience. The manager refused to refund me fully for the cost of the highlights and since my hair was so messed up they ended up dying my hair completely brown. So I ended up paying for this terrible experience, never getting my highlights and I'm still one year later trying to grow out this awful brown color that does not match my natural color. & now it's been a year later and the woman who messed up my hair is still working there. I've had the worst experience in this Ulta EVER!!! The staff is so unprofessional. They gather around and talk, they didn't acknowledge me when i walked in the store or when I needed help getting color matched. The cashier girls are never at the front , and when they need a manager they take forever to come to the front . I've never been to A business and felt so unsatisfied and uncomfortable in a place where I'm shopping . If I could give this location a 0 I would gladly love too. From my personal experience ...
