Even though it was near closing time, Sasha took the time to talk with me, listen, and walk me through my options. She encouraged me to come back for a proper wig fitting so we would not have to rush. Over the past few appointments, getting to know Sasha and her sister Francesca has been such a gift. They are warm, kind, and genuinely supportive people. This is not just a beauty studio.
