Searching around Saturday morning, I found Joshua King (aka The Appliance Butler) with great reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor, so I called Saturday about noon. He came out Saturday early evening and diagnosed the problem quickly, but had to order a small part which wouldn't be in till Monday. Monday he came after all his other appointments at about 6pm and had my dryer working in just a few moments. The cost was even better than reasonable. He told me he tries to keep his prices down. They just didn't show up for either appointment to reinstall, then in turn blames me the paying customer because they just didn't show up for either appointment to install the part. After treating me the way they have, no I ve not been a peach to work with. That tends to happen when you lie on your customers. I rarely do reviews and I can't think of a time I've been out here on yelp to do one maybe one other time I rarely do reviews, but clearly they pissed me off enough for me to come out here and tell you buyer beware.

He refused to provide a written estimate of parts and launched a confusing explanation where he constantly changed numbers. He would not provide the part numbers he required and he used part names that I could not find on the Bosch website. He left the dishwasher disassembled and disconnected from the kitchen sink drain. When I was finally able to identify the parts to which he referred, I found their costs about half what he stated. I am unable to use the sink and the disposal as the water drains onto the floor.

I contacted them and I have to say I did not have a positive experience with this company. They quoted me a diagnostic fee to come out but I was charged $10 extra at the initial appointment which I did not contest as the entire amount applies to the repair. The technician took a long time to diagnose the issue but what took longer was the process of getting them to come back for the actual repair work. The front desk lady never answers your calls and is very slow in following up with the questions, ordering parts, and scheduling a repair appointment except of course for the initial diagnostic new client appointment. They just slow walk the rest of the process. I am not paying a discounted fee for the service but I sure feel that they provided a subpar discounted customer service for the entire experience.
