Everyone loved the food and unique presentations. The staff were incredibly friendly and flexible and a joy to work with. They made me feel so important, like this was the biggest day of the year for them and I know they are very busy. I can't say enough positive about them but by far the most helpful thing was something rather unexpected. About 2 months before the wedding, I met with them over the phone and in person to go over their pre-wedding questionnaires. Not only did this form help make sure we were on the same page with absolutely every detail, the process helped me realize some areas where I had been a little delinquent in my planning. Saving the best for last. The main thing that drew me to CK was they offered a day of wedding coordinator. We were so fortunate to work with Melissa. She is responsive, clearly knows what she's doing, and is more helpful than we could've asked for. She listens, she plans, and she is so dang sweet. Our guests' needs were pretty complex (multiple allergies, vegetarians, children, etc), and they handled it kindly and seamlessly. The servers were great (Jessica and Tim, I think?) and Charlie, the catering manager, was absolutely a delight! We had a small problem that Charlie rectified before anyone was even aware it was an issue. Kim, who helped us set up our menu in the first place, was also great. She let us do two different tastings with her to finalize a menu that would accommodate our guests, answered all of my emails promptly, and made one of the most important parts of any wedding feel like a breeze.
