I am very late in posting this review, but I must say that the owner, Justin, was amazing to deal with. I had been considering purchasing a 2019 Toyota Sienna from Shift. I went to Buck Family Automotive to get my Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) and told the owner, Jeff I believe, that I suspected that the car had some type of accident or body work. After doing a once over, Jeff agreed that it seemed likely that some body work had been done and recommended Justin over at Ultimate Collision. I contacted Justin, and he said drive on over right now and he would look at it. It was amazing to me that he would fit me into his schedule so quick. After an initial inspection Justin confirmed that work needed to be redone, and provided me with a written estimate to give to Shift so that I can negotiate a better price or some type of compensation. Been going to Justin for years. I once got a quote to fix my door and re-paint for $950 and Justin did it for $575. He saved me so much money and did a great job. Don't think it's only about saving money because they are craftsmen at what they do. The job is excellent and they prove it with some of their custom paint jobs. I just had my Toyota Tacoma done with Ultimate Collision after getting rear ended up snow skiing. Justin was excellent, super on top of it, keeping me updated throughout and everything turned out perfect. They even touched up my roof rack and popped out a couple of small dings as icing on the cake. When I picked it up my truck was cleaner than it has ever been since I bought it new back in 2009! Just picked up my car today after being in an accident. I was recommended this shop so I thought I'd give it a try. To say I am satisfied is an understatement. My car literally looks brand new. My neighbors came out and asked me if I had bought a new car. Not only did they fix the damage but they even went around and fixed some previous imperfections. Absolute waste of money.My Black Dodge Ram was in need of a good wash, and light polish. So after reading the great reviews on Yelp about this detail shop I decided to bring my truck in for service.The owner Justin promised a lot over the phone yet I received nothing what he said I would.They left white polish all over the rubber, in the creases everywhere.When I pointed this out Justin was very rude and told me to leave his shop. They even put a fat scratch on my hood which he denied. I will never recommend this "shop" to anyone all the good reviews must of been written by Justin or his friends cause all I received was a big scratch and rude service avoid this place read more

In general, I hate dealing with these kinds of things; however, after my experience here I must say it went better then I could have ever possibly imagined. Justin was quick to respond with a quote, which was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received. He was extremely professional, friendly, and he followed up with me on a regular basis regarding the progress of my vehicle. He fixed my car in a week, which was the time frame he gave me. My Wife's car was recently hit while unoccupied in a parking lot with no information left. I instantly knew without a doubt that I was going to take it to Justin to be repaired. He and his crew did an excellent job on my car and not only was the damage completely repaired like new he went above and beyond fixing additional paint blemishes.
